I placed my order on November 22nd and received a notification after my order was placed that shipping will be delayed by several days. The company they used to ship the order, SpeedX, gave me a tracking number and the status said "out for delivery" on December 1st, and I never got the item. Again on December 3rd, it said "out for delivery" and I never got the item. Finally, today, December 9th, it also said "out for delivery" and again, it was never received. SpeedX is saying the item was delivered on December 1st, which is incorrect. I even sent a screenshot of these updates and I am hoping the company does the right thing by either refunding my money or actually delivering the sheet!

The package arrived with no instructions and no packing slip, which was my first red flag. The included tester was completely defective. The sheet was boxed and labeled as a Single, but it’s actually a Queen. My first email inquiring about instructions was finally answered. However the pdf with the instructions attached to the email was obsolete.

To make matters worse despite multiple attempts, I received no response to my emails about returning the item. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not what I expected.

NOT suitable for Australia. They do not supply an adapter for the wall plug. I now have to pay for the return of the goods to get any refund. Hopefully they will pay the refund once they get the return.

Bought thru PayPal. Did not receive any instructions or an adapter. I opened a case with PayPal and had to spend an hour just getting the info back on how to return the items. I was told by Bare Earth that I didn't need an adapter although it was advertised as having one. This is an electrical item. No way am I used it without one.

I cancelled this order and sent them at least 5 emails with absolutely no response whatsoever. Their website says they'll answer all messages within 24 hours. Not true at all. Several days later l get an email saying my order has shipped. So then I just thought well I will refuse the package when it gets here but after reading reviews on trying to get a refund l just decided to keep it, at least l'd have the product. These sheets are made in China and shipped from NJ. Not made in USA like they claim on the video l watched. When the sheet arrived it was the right size, but not the color I ordered. The sheets are made out of cheap material, feel like the percale sheets you get at W... Mart or something. At 169.99 per sheet this is very disappointing. These sheets are all hype they do absolutely nothing to enhance your sleep, make you stay asleep, relieve pain or make you feel refreshed in the morning. I've been sleeping on this for a week at this point and no difference whatsoever. Just the new thing to get you to spend a lot of money for something that doesn't work. I hope you don't get duped like I did. Save your money.

This pillow cover has really helped the arthritis in my neck. Not with sleep quality. Been using it for 2 weeks but need to return, at my cost of course, for 2 reasons..
The standard pillow does not fit a standard pillow. 4" short. It is literally 20" long, never dried. I am ordering the king case. They claim it is 36" long. We shall see what I'm sent.
The obsidian blue is not realistic to the color shown on the website. VERY light blue..
I called CS and i asked about the sage color. Online is a dark green. CS stated it's a light green. Very deceiving.
