I’m on 2 of their algos and I’m in the support group chat as well. I used other algos in the before and ended up with a blown account. . What drew me to gemeos is their multi years of track records and the fact they have actual hard stops and max stop losses in place to protect capital. So far it’s been pretty smooth and 1 of the 2 algos is performing very well, the other one not as good but no real complaints on it as it’s only been a few months. Customer service is excellent, response time is very quick in the group.
Overall a good experience to date and I’m happy to recommend them to anyone.

1. The performance you saw was during the June drawdown, a month where all clients experienced the same dip. This is a normal part of any long-term trading system, and results historically stabilize over time. Three months isn’t enough time to fairly measure any algorithm’s performance.
2. Regarding fees:
The credit card processing fee is not kept by us. This fee is charged and retained by Stripe, which is outlined in their public policies. We simply pass through the exact amount they charge — nothing more.
3. The system performed not quite as expected in that period, but these lulls and occasional single digit losing months can happen. Clients who stayed connected through the full market cycle continue to see the longer-term gains the algorithm is designed to deliver.

I must clarify that my experience contradicts several of your statements:
Verified Myfxbook: My personal Myfxbook link became INACTIVE after enrollment, PREVENTING me from monitoring or verifying trades IN REAL TIME. Transparency cannot exist if clients cannot access their own accounts.
Consistent Returns:
Marketing implied hands-off, low-risk growth. While your contract disclaims guarantees, the pre-sale communications MISREPRESENTED the RISKS AND CONSISTENCY, which INFLUENCED my decision to enroll.
Drawdowns & Exiting:
I exited during a drawdown I could not track due to the Myfxbook disconnection. This is not normal trading risk. It’s a LACK OF TRANSPARENCY.
Transparency:
Your claim that data remained visible ignores the fact that my account was disconnected without warning, leaving me unable to verify performance firsthand.
Corporate Clarity: Initial communications and branding created confusion about ownership and control of the algorithms, misleading myself as a former client about who I was actually dealing with.
These issues — misleading marketing, inaccessible account data, and unclear corporate/payment structure — directly influenced my decisions to sign up and later withdraw. Long-term performance does not change the fact that I as a client was not provided clear, reliable, or fully transparent information, which constitutes DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Nothing was hypothetical, simulated, or fabricated.
Nothing was cherry-picked.
“Illustrative” referred to the fact that historical results illustrate long-term performance — not guaranteed future results.
Those same verified Myfxbooks remain publicly visible today.

There is no contradiction.
“Consistent returns” refers to the actual 4.5-year live record, which includes:
• Only 2 losing months in 4.5 years (including June 2025)
• Over 24% YTD performance at the time you left
• Another +8% recovery since the single digit losing month you experienced.
The contract correctly states:
• No guaranteed returns
• You accept normal trading risk

You emailed SupremeCommerce — and because they handle payments for us, the message was forwarded and answered. That’s normal.

If they are so confident about their AI powerd Trading software why they don't go with monthly fee instead of Upfront??? Their marketing look too good to be true So raise more questions about these similar trading companies.

I’ve used 6 trading bots. Gemeos is one of the best for three reasons:
1. Gemeos owner has his own funds trading this very same bot. That says a lot when their own funds are on the line.
2. When there is a drawdown, Gemeos Team keeps their clients informed on why and what their plan is to trade through it. So you will know there IS a plan.
3. Draw downs happen. But Gemeos keeps them small. And they do not use martingale strategy (which may blow up accounts). Gemeos actually trade intellectually - they actually have human traders monitor trades and intervene if and when necessary.
High recommended. I trust Gemeos with my hard earned money.
