They don't deliver, they take parcel straight to a distant pickup point, using the excuse "as agreed with you, it is being taken to a pickup point", which is a total lie. This happened 3 deliveries in a row. Before that, they never delivered, claiming I was out. They are without a doubt, the worst. All they do is take the package from one country, to another, and let you go and find it. Never use them !!!

I ordered tires for my car, and dealer made the mistake of sending them with GLS. Courier say they went to the address twice and couldn't find anyone, even though I waited for them from morning until evening. Then they returned the package, without leaving an email or a paper saying they were at the address and that I could pick it up from their warehouse. The worst courier in Austria.
No communication ,delivery from france to UK saying i refused delivery
This company i wouldn't give one star no communication ,and when there was on a link it said they were returning the parcel back to france after one attempted delivery which I don't believe happened my parcel was no signature .

Can't save recipient, only after sending package, what you can not do from the app.

Worst delivery company ever
Worst delivery company ever. They say they will deliver on a given date and then ALWAYS delay by few days, if not weeks, making up excuses and lying on the reports they send to the company you bought goods from. Once they even said we did arrange for a different date, except they never spoke to me about it. Tracking link inexistant, their tracking number does not correspond to the purchase number and they never say in the email which item is on the way. Once a piece of furniture arrived broken, the parcel was mishandled by them.

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. I tried for two hours to find a way of contacting them and it is impossible they have a form I can fill in to be alerted via WhatsApp on tracking that doesn't even work it just comes up with error every time.

Worst delivery service in Sweden. I was home all day and I received a message that because I was not home they will deliver to other place. They didn't wrote even where. You have to investigate to found out!
False delivery attempts
On October 9th, as instructed, I was at home all day to receive my order and unfortunately, the website showed a notice that it was not possible to deliver because there was no one at home , Clearly an untruth, expecting to receive it on the 10th my wife did the same and no one came to our door, Our doorbell is fine, the neighbors were also aware and didn't even try to call.
Using my drive as a turning point
Not even delivering to my address, had the audacity to back all the way up my driveway and use it as a turning point. Disgraceful.
LOST PACKAGE AND IGNORING ME
I have ordered a package on 22nd of August and as for now it's 8th of September and it still hasn't been delivered. I have a post office right behind the corner and I was at home while at the time of attemped, alleged delivery, but no one showed up and I just got a notification that I wasn't at home. I requested a new delivery 10 days ago, but still haven't got my order. I completed a form on GLS website and sent them an email, but no one responded for 3 days now. I just lost my money.

In my 32 year old life I have never encountered such a terrible delivery company, for almost 30 days I tried to contact the company and in the end I did not get the package. Their automated chat does not help and their phones does not work. 4 different friends try to get a hold of them every day and no response, no response on email either. Truly the worst.

The worsttttttttttt courier service everrrrrrrrrr. The delivery person didn’t do any effort to deliver my parcel. He said that it is not in his route. He didn’t give me any option where to get it. He said that he will return the parcel.

One of the worst! Had twice same experience from online shopping. Seems their couriers saving time for themselves instead of delivering parcels. Nobody comes (I’m at home!) but I get notification where to pick up parcel and it’s far! Insane! Worst service ever, trackings don’t work, nobody to talk to. Never use this service!

Lost my package for over a month. They only started looking for it when i contacted them after 3 weeks of waiting. When the package is finally found and arrives all the contents are bent and broken like the whole thing was smashed by something heavy

I am waiting for a order since a week. The delivery status tells the last stop in Madrid, for 5 days - no updates.
Get in contact the customer service but they are sending the same message again and again, that I got to contact the company.
I find this very incompetent. Unfortunately I often got no choice over the parcel service.
Untrustworthy and deceptive…
after the past two years experience in Vienna and Cannes, the driver never goes to deliver, nor they call.
They waste your entire day and take the parcel to their pick up place.
Looks like it is company policy, this way they do more parcel disregarding customers.
I hope companies will stop using them, there are outstanding curriers that do the proper job
