The worst worst worst gaming system that I have ever used or tried to use. Got a game for my son. and then nothing no easy link to just play the game.

Total con merchants - must be just after getting the money.

instantgaming.com is just a useless seo optimized wordpress blog page with casino affiliate links. It doesn't sell games or anything else. I went back in time over a decade with wayback machine and it was always like this and never owned or operated by instant-gaming.com.

These reviews belong to instant-gaming dot com (trustpilot doesn't allow links in this review but you can just add a dash between instant and gaming on the page you are at), and if you come here to add a review or read reviews you should go there instead.

My paypal got hacked and within 30 minutes someone (I suspect Instant Gaming themselves) had made a purchase for some random game for about 65 bucks, which I saw on paypal was also put as a recurring monthly payment that I quickly cancelled. Neither Instant Gaming will help me with this, nor paypal surprisingly enough. I've fought tooth and nail to get my money back, but Instant Gaming seems to have a system for this that makes paypal completely unable to secure a refund for me.

Not willing to help in any shap or form if your account is hacked. They dont care how loyal you been and how much money you spent. Lost my future money thats for sure

Easy to order. Unlike another website, it automatically chooses your country for you, which in my case is handy, since I don't really travel much. This way you know for sure the code will work in your region.

I ordered Kovaak's (4,12eur) + Tracker (1eur), which came down to 6,20 after taxes. This is almost 1/3 of the current price on Steam and also cheaper than other websites. As soon as I paid, the codes were available. No need to check your mail or anything, it just shows up after the payment is validated.

I would definitely recommend this website, although prices might differ from game to game of course, so be sure to check the competition too!

So far, I have purchased CD keys from many sites. When there was a problem, I applied for a refund with the images and the refund was granted.
They blame me even though I'm right, even though they're guilty

I have purchased many games with instant gaming, probably saved a few hundred dollars.

Never had an issue except when they tried to verify my identity and I couldn't buy a game for a while.

Don’t ever buy your games here, very poor costumer service. They don’t help at all. Bought a €70 game, got a code that was already used and they just don’t care and take your money. If you ask for help, they just tell you to shut up and accept it. Don’t take the risk guys.

Today I've bought a game on their website, paid and then got new ticket from their "customer support", stating that I need to provide my ID. Since I've been verified in the past, I've told them. Then got response that I need to explain my location and my order will be completed.

Wasn't my order completed when my MONEY WEN'T FROM MY CARD?! They should do this nonsense of a verification before, and not after a payment which is very sneaky of them.

Anyway after back and forth with someone from their customer support, they cancelled my order since I've said I won't provide nor my full ID nor my driver's license, and that I've been verified in the past.

Then got response that money should arrive up to 30 days. NEVER AGAIN!

Good offers but awful customer service, a waste of time. I have purchased from them multiple times, and today by chance they blocked my account after I paid, asked me to submit an ID photo with their website in the background and started asking me stupid questions as my IP location and why the location changed (it didn't), etc.

They are very sneaky, only blocked my purchase once it was paid, but not before, very unethical as otherwise I wouldn't have purchased from them at all

absolutely terrible you need a picture of your drivers license to get the game you bought AND they tell you that after they take money from your card this should be illegal if you dont have one they refund you the game and you get money back in 10 days hahaha actually criminal

They force you to upload an ID image to obtain the code once you payed. Which btw It's illegal if they don't inform you before the purchase (spoiler alert... they don't). You can ask for a refund but it takes 7 days... I asked for a refund and once approved, they didn't refund whole... btw, haven't received yet.

I bought a steam key from them.
They sent me a key that had been in place for over a year.
I advertised and then wrote in response to send me a screenshot! I sent. You will not be accepted because anyone can edit it. I sent the microsoft image slicer screenshot. They gave me another key, which was also a long-established key. It was played the same way one more time and then when I wrote, h enough of that, I immediately turn to paypal for a refund, they wrote to get the money back! This actually happened after 3 weeks. I will never buy anything from them again.

DO NOT BUY from here, total scam, I had one good run, then they screwed me on another purchase and gave me a region locked worldwide key and refused to give me a refund even though I followed all their steps and showed I had not used the key.

I didn't get any help from them at all, when a code I bought from them already was redeemed. I chatted with EA per request from Instant gaming, no help, I chatted with both these parties back and forth, it took hours. Instant gaming was never satisfied with the answers I go from EA. So no game, no money, I am extremely disappointed and will never buy from Instant gaming again. (I have bought codes from them before and no problem, but a company really show you who the are when there is a problem.)

They decline your order without giving any reason. That is bad. They just say a "risk" has been detected. After asking, no answer was given. I wanted to look into the problem but the support was robotic and not helpful. Just copy and paste the same answer over and over again. Do not engage with this website. They just farm your ID cards.

I’ve brought several things from this site for my switch and I have never had a problem. My partner also uses it and has also never experienced a problem

Very grateful to this page, I had problems with a game because of another company, they were not to blame and they still solved it for me. They did much more for me than the rest. I don't know how to thank you for everything you have done.

This site is just magical. Their customer service is by far the best one compared to other similar sites like Eneba. These people actually care for their customers and every payment runs so smoothly. Sites like Eneba are so slow and so hard to get around and my switch to instantgaming has been nothing but positive. Recently i bought the correct game but for the wrong platform, and within 5 minutes i had gotten a refund. This is the site people, do not use anything else. Definitely coming back.

Edit: If you check my review of Eneba for example, you will see that they got mad at my bad review and became hostile. Even more proof
