Did not receive my order, neither my refund. Terrible experience
I've made an order on the 29th of November, payment confirmed and everything, I wait and it's only shipped on the 5th of December which was late but I said, okay, no problem with that. From the 5th my shipment status is not changing, I wrote to the only email address there and I receive an email sending me the same tracking link which I have and that says your order is on its way, 10 days after or more, I did not receive anything, neither the order status changes, I email again asking for a refund and nobody is answering me! I called and nobody answers the phone.
