Received the sale surprise box
Received the sale surprise box and monthly subscription. Some products were great, others didn’t seem to be of use. The dishwashing liquid is great, along with the sandwich silicone bag. I tried using the veggie covers and they’re just too stiff to place over many veggies, and only beneficial if I slice in half. Not so good.

I have discovered so many new products, that have not only helped to minimize trash in my home but also products that have worked with my super sensitive skin. The price per month is less than the cost of a fast food meal and the money you save on having reusable products makes the subscription worth trying.

I feel like I was scammed
I feel like I was scammed. Here's why: Mighty fix offers a monthly box called Mighty nest. The ad claimed that you get your first box for $5. Now, I thought that is a great deal! And I signed up for the membership. Little did I know that I was not receiving a box at all. I received an envelope with 5 dish cloths in it. Ummmm. Not cool! I have signed up for monthly boxes before because they offered a discount on the first box, but usually I get whatever the monthly box is that is sent to all customers for that month. Usually, you get several items in a box that are either sample, full size, or a mixture of both. I paid $5 and received $3 worth of dish cloths. Keep in mind that the monthly box is $13.95. So, it wasn't that unreasonable to think I would be sent a box with a few items in it. I wouldn't have been bothered by it had it not been advertised as "get your first box for $5". Transparency is what keeps customers. When a company is honest, it makes people feel good about who they are supporting. What a disappointment. I don't know how they have almost 5 stars with that kind of false advertisement. Maybe they're paying for reviews.

Unlike other subscription services that focus on multiple sample-sized products, we put an emphasis on quality items (over quantity) at a low monthly cost. We always send one full-sized item or set of items (e.g., 2 Stasher bags, a dish soap bar and soap lift, 2 pieces of Bee's Wrap), and you’ll never receive the same thing twice. Plus, shipping is always free.
Additionally, we offer the ability to select your Fix option if you'd rather not be surprised.
The average retail value of the products that come in the first year of the MightyFix is $16.52. Some items have a retail value as high as $22.98 because of the great partnerships we have with our vendors.
