Unfortunately fake items delivered. Libre YSL 90ml and Jean Paul Gaultier 100ml. To be fair they do smell ok and I should have thought twice about the price but, hey ho, we live and learn!

Don't bother. Been waiting over 4 weeks now and keep being told 7-14 days. Originally ordered a product that was out of stock apparently. Only offered a replacement. Absolutely useless

My favour perfume by Lancôme opened up the box and knew straight away this isn’t my favourite perfume no smell whatsoever !
Absolutely disgusted took three weeks to get here to find it fake !
Send a email straight away and awaiting a response
They can have the perfume back and I want a full refund

I ordered a bottle of Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum (100ml) from Mystique Aura on 9 May 2025 for £67.

When I eventually opened it, the perfume had virtually no scent and smelled nothing like the authentic Chanel fragrance I have worn for over 15 years.
I contacted Mystique Aura straight away, but they:Repeatedly insisted on offering only a 30% partial refund or a replacement I didn’t want.
Dismissed my concerns as “personal perception,” despite the product being clearly substandard and not as described. I have initiated cashbsck via credit card.

All the perfumes are fake DON'T BUY! It took 3 weeks to arrive

I thought the Lancôme Idole was genuine.Took two weeks to arrive.Wasn’t genuine.Paid£59.00.I new straight way as the perfume doesn’t stand up.As I know you can buy a stand for It. Absolutely disgusted.🤢 Just a massive scam.AVOID.If I could put Zero stars I would..😡

Honestly got shafted by this company, I bought Chanel Bleu, got the English channel water total rip off, do you know the saying once bitten twice shy, shame on you.

A word of warning which I learned the hard way, NEVER buy discounted Chanel perfumes from anywhere online because they're FAKE! I was told this by an assistant in Boots. Only buy direct from Chanel or obviously the well known stores. I was scammed.

I waited 2 weeks for my order!! When it arrived it had no cellophane round the box, it seemed like it had already been opened!! When spraying the perfume it smelt nothing like what it should do!! I know this because I’ve used this aftershave for years!!
Stay away from this company!!!

So, I bought the mia bracelet for my lady and I must say the quality was beyond my expectation. And I received very quick. Therefore, 10/10 for shipping and 10/10 for quality. Now my mrs want to order more, so expect more orders from us for sure.
