It is a great shame that I have to give this company any stars as they are totally unwarranted.
My wife and I applied through this company in October for visas to visit Egypt in early January 2026, and paid the required fees.
After hearing nothing back for over a month I started contacting them, and have now been told that our applications were rejected, but with no reason given and no further help, and they have refused to reimburse the money they took off of us. We are now left to try and sort it out by alternative means.
This company is a sham and should be avoided at al, costs!

Our fee includes the official ETA charge plus our service (application prep, data/document checks, status monitoring, and support) and is shown before payment. We also state on our pages that we’re an independent service and not affiliated with the government.
If you email support@passporta.com with your reference number, we’ll provide the support and make sure everything with your ETA is in order. Travelers may always apply directly on GOV.UK at the government rate if they prefer.

Using SEO and exploiting that you are not aware of the real cost for applying for an ETA for the UK allowed them to change £83 for a service that cost £16 if you apply directly with the UK Government agency. Which also only took 5 minutes.
Go directly to the authority and stop these services from exploiting our lack of experience with buying these services

The charge for processing an ETA for the UK is ridicolous and cost more than 500% of the cost to go through the government agency.
Use the official GOV uk site and pay 18 instead of 95 euro for this service.

You do better SEO and came in top of the search. While I recognise that I am using a service, I have no experience in buying this service and expect a reasonable charge for doing so. Not a 527% charge to the official fee.
The option to go directly to Gov.uk is never mentioned and while I could have checked, I am simply trying to warn others not to use your service that takes 5 minutes to fill in and get approved using the official channel.
PS: Have contacted your support mail who replied along the samelines why I opted to Trustpilot.
