Upon subscribing to the trial period, I was provided a later subscription end date in the email confirmation compared to when I actually got charged due to time zone differences. Phoenix Harrington helped to quickly resolve the information by reviewing the email and clarifying with the system on their end. I was also informed of the 30-day refund policy, which is a great buffer for scenarios like this.
I very much like working with support help via chat. The interface is more helpful than a phone call. The support representative I chatted with, Anthony Evans, took time to read my problem and suggested possible reasons why I experienced them. I tested the one I had not considered sufficiently previously and it turned out to be the solution. Disengaging the browser extension allowed me to access the website that gave me trouble.
