Overall very positive
Paco has proven to be very reactive and for sure knowledgeable, guiding us through this complex process and hectic dutch housing market. We appreciated his support, calm and guidance. He followed us from house visit, providing us insight on market value, up to signature at the notary answering every single questions we had, coordinating with seller agent everything, with our financial advisor and supported us contract a notary.
We appreciated his help on the bidding offer and is support winning the bid, his insights and attention point on purchase agreement. We untrusted him with our project and he took the lead.
Very happy with this experience and would recommend. Without him it would have been a lot more difficult and stressful.

Amazing tool. I was able to see the transaction price of sold houses in every neighborhood in Walter map. usually it has a link to old Funda ad too so you can see the starting price and the apartment/house situation. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a great experience working with Walter living. First of all It’s very useful tool to find out what price is good for a property you want to buy. Also we had 2 sessions about 2 houses in Eindhoven with WL experts. The second house we won with the help of Hester. It was the second house we were bidding on, and we won it! We paid for bidding service, and I can definitely recommend it — Hester helped us not only with the bidding, but also with all the processes after winning a bid, giving some tips how to save some money on buyers costs.

For conclusion, Walter Living experts are really professional and responsible. Highly recommend their services!

Walter Living was a breeze in the process of looking for and buying a house. The fact we could get their valuation on the houses we were interested in (and immediately see if we could afford them or not in this overbidding market) was super helpful! Saved us a lot of unfruitful visits.
