I had a good experience updating my CD. I don’t understand why the person doing the transaction needs to get permission to change the rate.

I’ve been a customer for over 20years. Direct deposit into account. My credit score is not good. Trying to get out of debt. You only care about credit score and not how to help.
I was at the South End Branch to open a new CD. The women who helped me was very professional and friendly.
Always there to help me when needed. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Just opened an account. So helpful and informative about all the programs and incentives that the bank offers. Several days later I had an issue with my card and I was assisted immediately and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They know most clients by first name basis. Very welcoming!
The initial call recipient was extremely helpful and got me in contact with the exact person I needed.
She was helpful and polite!
The person who assisted me with my concern was also very helpful, and resolved my online banking issue.
Finally a competent, professional team to work with on my HELOC!
Call to get information but was not helpful on the phone so I was on hold for a while to be told what I already knew but the people at bank 5 in Newbedford where great and helpful
