7 Day Scotland Round Tripp

We went on a Scotland round trip beginning of May! We had an amazing trip! Even with a plane delay! KLM treated us very good as well! Bus expierience, less than 20 people in a group, was wonderful with our friendly, experienced bus driver, Jim! Best tour guide ever!!! Denny was very knowledgeable about, people, history, traditions and more! He presented himself, professional with humor and very helpful with Hotel check in’s and any questions and matters! We highly recommending that tour. Hotels, Food and all the interesting pit stops on the way! What we got for the price we paid..unbeatable! THANK SELECT HOLIDAY, Lidl Reisen for a wonderful journey! They don’t care about the customers

They don’t care about the customers! We went on an organised trip to Dubai with my parents in February. My parents paid for one double room and I had to pay alone for another double room, almost as expensive as for two people. When we got there, they put me in the same room with my parents on a foldable bed! I slept there for 3 nights out of the 5 until they finally admitted and gave me the room I paid for. They didn’t reimburse or apologise for anything. Note that it was NOT the hotel’s fault as Lidl booked one double room for the 3 of us even though on the receipt of the purchase there were two separate double rooms.

I'm trying to call them , i speak just english but they don't want to speak , my travel is at 08.04 and they changed me the airport 3 times Munich , stuttgart and Frankfurt , and when they change the airport they are changing the ammount too, and i dont have my tickets to travel

im contacting you because I had a bad experience with the worker at the cashier in your store in koln, in emil/hoffman str 42 50996 koln hahnwald

Im first trying to resolve the problem amicably, prior to the formal complaint online
i want to give you a 1 time opportunity to resolve the problem without an online complaint

i want to know why the lidl worker at the cashier, with the terminal id 60104985, working at 16,40 on 09 november 2019, does not give the receipt to customers but in the opposite, she throws the receipts to customers

the receipt then flies to the floor

the weight of a receipt
is obviously light, so if she throws the receipts to customers, the paper will fly down on the floor and does not remain on the counter

someone could perhaps explaine the basics to that strangeworker

or otherwise, I suggest to any customer to throw her the bank notes, instead of giving her the bank notes normally, every time they want to pay

then, she will have to pick up bank notes from the floor, the entire day

what do you think, do you like the idea
