I've been a Loklik fan and friend since 2 - 3 years now and nothing has failed me as a small business Owner I am beyond grateful for all of the machines heat presses and of cour the amazing trusted vinyl I've been using. The company is very kind and always happy to help the costumers, they even made a community to be as close as they can be to the users and what makes me happy that they always listen to out suggestions and improvements ideas to make the software better and they work on it. My wife bought a sublimation press for…
My wife bought a sublimation press for nearly £400 from them. Bought as an upgrade on her existing machine.
Didn't have the features it's advertised to have and when used pressed with poor consistency. Wasted products.
Now trying to get a return she is bombarded with demands for videos showing her wasting more coasters as she tries to get a refund.
24 kilos of junk basically. Seller not aware of UK sales regulations so credit card payment company can sort it out. Vouchers are not a refund for faulty goods.

Customer finds solution, loklik dont know about it.
After firmware update, which failed, device wont turn on anymore.
settings in the software are resetted everytime you restart the software, so everytime I have to switch it to MM.
When you save a project, it will save it in a different size than what you made it, so sometimes its hard to get the same sizes
