Once again this poor excuse of a company as failed. Tracked 24 taking three plus days to arrive and tracked 48 taking upto a week. Absolutely useless. North west super hub seems to be the worst. They deserve to go bust.

No delivery attempt made
Email message & tracking says delivery attempt made, but it was not. Now no information available, & no tracking card as no delivery attempt made, so stuck in limbo. If I could score zero on. 48hr tracked delivery I would. My bet is they've claimed delivery attempt to meet a target

Local deliver office received 3 parcels for me at 10am this morning and showed on tracking that they would be delivered before 1.30pm. This time came and went and then tracking changed to delivery between 1.10pm-7.10pm
At 5.15pm a Royal Mail van pulled up outside my property and I went to greet the Postie, she said i have 1 parcel for you today..... I asked where are the other 2 and showed her the information on the tracking app. Her response was " Who knows!" I will probably see you tomorrow with them. I said they are due today and expect them today, she replied with maybe they are on another van! So let me get this straight, 3 parcels going to same address can be put on different vans and this is a company whom like to state how green they are compared to their competitors....... funny that as if I have 3 parcels due on the same day with Evri the same driver delivers them all in in one go. He doesn't say here's 1 and someone else will be here at some point with one of your others. I have paid for a service and of they cannot supply the service I have paid for then I want my money back! I dont go into a car showroom and buy a New Jaguar and when its delivered its only got 2 wheels on it and the delivery driver says oh your other 2 wheels will be arriving at some point but I dont know when, maybe today, maybe tomorrow??? Let's face it we all want what we pay for and we dont pay for half a job of half an item. Royal Mail used to mean Quality and in service of the Royal Family, now its means disappointment and dissatisfaction, they are no longer here to deliver reputation with every letter or parcel, they are now Private and as such should No longer be allowed to carry the Royal Seal. Just in it to make a profit for the fat cats, they are also thieves further down the employment chain too with posties and depot managers stealing parcels and before online banking etc. they would also steal Christmas cards sent through the post as many would have cash inside.
Honestly I dont know why anyone still uses them? All logistics companies nowadays have a bad reputation of some sort but it is IMHO that the worst 2 companies are Royal Mail and Inpost by Yodel, which is a shame as Inpost used to be one of the better providers like Royal Mail but now Yodel has dragged inpost into the gutter and Royal Mail has just given up and let themselves follow them down into the sewers of modern United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Woeful. Again.
Woeful. Monday, post van drove past house. 10 minutes later, "Attempted Delivery" email of lies arrives. Tuesday, card through the door saying noone in. I was in the kitchen, in a semi detached hoise, not a fe££ing castle. Another "Attempted Delivery" email. I log onto the RM portal and ask that they leave it in the porch. Wednesday. No show at all. I'm waiting on 3 separate.deliveries from this shower of charlatans. I knly wish that when buying things inline, we could choose the delivery method.

This company carelessly delivered a parcel I was expecting, as a result it went missing. The proof of delivery photo did not indicate where it was left or even if the parcel was my parcel. The driver made no attempt to knock on the door - so they presumably dumped it outside my house somewhere. As a result it was never found. I complained to Royal Mail about this, they didn't even bother to respond. It's no wonder they have just been fined £21m by OfCom.

i live in sparkhill at the same address for 40years .
The postman always has problems finding my address even though it is clearly marked on parcels and letters .
They always come up with an excuse that there is nobody home when they attempt delivery , which is a lie , because my dad is always in ???
Now i have to resort to collecting from the nearest post office !
What was once the worlds premier delivery service, by far the worst on the market.
Delivered my parcel to a random address but didn't have the foresight to tell me which one.
You would think the royal mail would understand the importance of writing an address.
Customer service is hidden behind a useless A.I robot.
45 minute wait on call to speak to a representative.
After the horizon scandal this service should have been permanently closed.

Item not delivered but says Delivered
Royalmail useless system sent me email saying my parcel is delivered. But I have not received or no one enter my property or knock door. I have three cameras to prove it. Idiot delivered to wrong house and now their useless phone line more useless than their management or staff. You just listen their music and no answer. No link to complaint.
Update:
After 40mins holding the phone I manage to speak to someone at Royalmail just to be told call tomorrow if I still do not received parcel. When questioned why tracker says its delivered and I got email confirming its delivered. I am told it might be scanning error.
I asked why can't royamail call me back instead of me calling again and hold for another 40mins to 60 mins. She said: Royalmail policy is not to call customers.
After doing some research I found that Posties scan the parcel at depot to meet delivery deadlines.
Is that not misleading customers? And why every time customer have to call back after initial reporting? Do Royalmail have any responsibility? They should be fine for misleading delivery status.
If anyone know how to take this complaint to independent organisation please comment.

Everytime i am expecting a parcel wether i am home or not i end up with a card through the door drspite leaving notes on the door saying please the parcel do not take it back to the depot all ither delivery services comply with this

Beware! I’ve been waiting for an important letter from a company. Waiting for weeks the company sent 3 letters on different dates to be sent by Royal Mail; I’m still waiting for my letter has been sent three times.
Royal Mail are very unprofessional not helpful at all.
Lost post send next day special
I needed to send sensitive hospital records so I sent them via next day special delivery before 1pm on the 6th October. When I checked tracking the following day it stated arrived in Nottingham MC on 7th due for delivery today. It's been a week and the records have not arrived and the tracking status is still saying delivery due on 7.10.25. The RM website is a nightmare to navigate but I finally logged a complaint to receive a message back 48 hours letter advising me to check the tracking via the website. What a joke you have lost sensitive hospital records and no one will help me. I've waited on the phone to speak to an advisor over an hour to then be cut off. I really don't know what to do now as you have lost medical records with sensitive information.
