Packages dont get tracked throughout shipping process accurately at all. As well my package is late and ive not been updated on when its estimated to arrive.
The sizes are never consistent
The sizes are never consistent, so I am constantly shipping items back, which I don't really mind. What I do mind is the EXTREMELY long sleeves on women's blouses. What's up with the sleeves? They appear ill fitting and doesn't look good for the office when they are hanging down to my fingers. The length of the long sleeve blouse need to be made shorter.
Return experience is awful
On 09-17-2025 we ordered a Outdoor Water Fountain With Flower Pot And Lights-Cascading Pitchers Farmhouse order number GSU1362700019ET.
We received the package in poor condition but examined the contents. The contents were undamaged but Shein failed to describe the size of the item and it was too small so asked Shein for a refund which they approved. We took the package to a UPS store and at our expense had the package repackaged so that it would arrive undamaged at Shein.
UPS gave us proof of delivery. Shein received the returned package on 10-02-2025 at 11:44AM.
Shein claims that they have not received the return and refuses to refund our purchase price.
They continue to maintain that the package was not received in their warehouse. How is that our fault?
Shein not only refuses to refund our money but they refuse to look for the package or even try to find out which address it was delivered to. They refuse to open a claim with the shipper.
We are out over a hundred dollars. We have the shipment re boxed in good faith so it will pass Shein's quality check and they refuse to do any of the above things we've asked them to do. Instead they quote their policies concerning returns and then have the audacity to ask us if they provided good customer service after at least ten back and forth emails .
Were hoping and praying for justice concerning the Shein company in the USA.

Terrible service and non delivery.
I ordered 11 Halloween costumes at 250$ for a special soccer game. 6 weeks prior to needing. The package said delivered but it was not. As speaking w SHEIN text chat and the delivery service got me nowhere I ordered the same costumes and paid another 250$. The same thing happened only this time the delivery service had a picture showing package at someone’s else’s door. I could not locate this package and the delivery provider and SHEIN closed the case stating it had been delivered. And zero refund. I’m out 500$ w no human to speak to regarding and therefore no recourse. I do not trust this company or their arrangements w delivery providers.

I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated with SHEIN. My account was hacked — someone got in, changed my information, and made unauthorized purchases — and instead of helping me, SHEIN has done absolutely nothing to fix it.
I followed every step they asked for: sent screenshots, provided proof of my identity, my order history, even my payment details. And after all that, they just kept sending the same generic messages over and over, like a robot copy-and-paste apology that doesn’t solve anything. No urgency, no accountability, no real help.
How does a billion-dollar company allow customers’ accounts to be hacked and then act like it’s not their problem? I trusted this brand, spent hundreds over time, and this is how they treat loyal customers? Completely unacceptable.
SHEIN, if you can’t protect your customers’ personal information or stand behind your own security system, you don’t deserve anyone’s business. I’m warning anyone reading this — do NOT trust this company with your personal data or your money.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligence. And it’s the last time I’ll ever spend a single dollar here.

I did not receive my order within the time. I called a week after the last date. It was supposed to be delivered and they told me to wait. Another is no phone number to talk to anybody. When something goes wrong, I will never use them again. And they're only allowing me to put one order at the bottom of this , and it's actually three orders that they screwed up on.

They suspend your account
They suspend your account due to 'suspicious activity' and tell you it is temporary. The suspicious activity is normal usage or a simple return request but they don't want to know. Very inconvenient and no way of appealing. Unbelievable how they treat the customers and terrible customer support. I cannot believe they just suspend your account with no explanation and treat you this way.
