Easy booking process, we booked online. My only suggestion would be to have more accurate photos for spa experiences and for there to be a better filter option (e.g. filter out places with a hot... See more

Beware: paying for cancellation cover does NOT entitle you to a refund.
Only a voucher. Which is not always suitable.
Most Spa’s advertised are very vague regarding age restrictions.
I personally would rather go to the Spa’s directly to book, rather than use Spaseekers again.
A wonderful relaxing day, reasonably priced, lunch & treatment included, highly recommended to sign up, see all their great offers.
Booking through Spa Seekers was easy and the spa experience at Tankersley Manor was very good.
Connor (Product Expert) on the chat was great, he was professional and friendly, he very efficiently booked us onto a stay with our voucher and explained why we had been having issues with using the voucher code. Thank you Connor!
Experience was ok
The hot tub water wasn't really hot.
The food was ok.
They double booked so a less Experience staff had to do the massages. Have had better experience from using other spa places
Always found spa seekers website very easy to use and informative and conformation is instant
Website easy to use and great for looking at each deal and choosing what you want. Straight forward booking and good information.
Really easy to find and book the date I wanted. Confirmation came through quick and so did the gift pack.
Thank you
I had cause to speak to customer service today at, Spa Seekers.
I had had, ‘a day’ and after being told I couldn’t book the spa I wanted at a local spa direct, because I was using a Spa Seekers voucher and would need to call SS themselves, to book, I was a bit fed up to say the least and just didn’t have the energy to navigate what essentially is a very easy to use website. (I know, it’s not the end of the world, I had a word with myself later this evening) Nonetheless, after ‘a day’, speaking to Harry at customer service was a welcome seismic shift in my other, truly awful day. Within minutes, Harry had booked the spa for the day I wanted, at the location I wanted using the vouchers I had. Easy peasy. I was immensely grateful to not only have this booking made without a fuss but to Harry who was pleasant and helpful in every possible way.
Harry should probably be the face of SS and get a pay rise.
In other news, SS is the place to go to get the best value spa day vouchers. They genuinely have the best deals at the most reasonable prices.
Easy to use website, great offers, info sent through within 24 hours
Difficuilt to find how to buy a spa e-voucher.
Confusing instructions on where to give the recipients e-mail address and your own.
I appear to have got the voucher delivered to myself despite mine being the billing address and I have no idea if the recipient has been informed and sent the voucher.
