Pathetic
Pathetic: I'm given 3 hour window for package that must have a signature. UPS fails to show and reschedules after the widow has passed. The last minute notice had me scrambling and I missed the driver by 10 mins. I make multiple calls begging for same late delivery next day as no one was home in early time. Instead they come during very hours no one at home. The 3rd attempt already advised nothing I can do for a signer. Pathetic I couldn't get a late delivery on the next day. And appearsxthey purposely making no attempts to accommodate hours I have signer available. I will find another service more reliable than UPS. The old brown is dead and gone today is pure Pathetic
UPS claimed that I refused delivery…
UPS claimed that I refused delivery because the package was “damaged.” That is an absolute lie. No driver ever came to my door. No attempt was made. I was home. There was nothing to refuse because UPS never delivered it.
Instead of admitting failure, they falsified the tracking status to make it look like the problem was on me. That is misleading, dishonest, and unacceptable for a company of this size.
Even worse—customer service has been completely useless. No accountability. No real investigation. No solution. Just deflection and scripted responses while my shipment disappears.
Liars and thieves
I had my pharmacy out of state overnight (UPS Healthcare) a package with my prescription. Tracking said it would arrive next day. Great. It needed a signature, so we waited. And waited. No package. Every day after that I called, they escalated my claim, said it would arrive by end of day. Now we are at a week and I’ve had to file a claim and order new medication. We’re going with fedex, and I have to fuss around AGAIN because it needs a signature, meaning for 7 days straight we’ve had to keep someone home to sign. For no reason. I wouldn’t be as mad if the customer service people hadn’t kept telling me it was on the way every single time I called, assuring me it would arrive by end of day. Now I’m a week late on my meds, all because of UPS liars.
…Armando my delivery driver for colfax is absolutely awesome
I really don't have a problem with my delivery UPS driver in Colfax California I live off of Weimar crossroads but Armando is an absolutely outstanding human being and would be proud to be a co-worker or his employer things Armando for your absolutely outstanding service really appreciate you putting stuff on the back side when applicable like when it's frozen meat and considering the frozen meat is kind of pricey per month I appreciate it very much sir merry Christmas dammit! 👍
Delivery Window too large. Strange Route.
My UPS delivery was anytime during the day until 9:00pm. Even USPS can give a more exact window. I need to be home to receive packages so that they aren't stolen, so this means I'm stuck in all day. Besides that, on the app I see the truck all day coming and going within 2 blocks of me but not coming to me. It seems to keep going back to the same location. Very Weird. I'd like to just go up the street 2 blocks and get my packages. It's 3:00pm now and I've watched the truck circle around my house all day without coming to me.
UPS is the worst!
UPS is the worst!! I’m pissed, they told me they would try three days in a row to deliver my package cause I had to sign a paper. But it never came!! Shut this ups shit down please!!!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service
Customer service workers answer phone, say they cannot track packages, tell you to call mail Innovations, and immediately hang up on you...
Then I call number given to me for Mail Innovations and rep who answers tells me to call Mail Innovations, and I reply I just did and you answered the call...
Then the rep blames Mail Innovations and say they cannot do anything about it. Meanwhile, I am still waiting after three weeks and my package has not moved from city or state where package was first registered at in UPS facility...
I asked for a supervisor and she recited the same script that the last two non-helpful UPS overseas customer service reps recited to me...
Can I have no stars
Can I have no stars? Too bad.. UPS has gone from bad to worst ever. Especially, after Covid. Constant lateness, mishandling deliveries. Latest- can't really comprehend, how package from Connecticut ends up in New Jersey, skipping NY where it should have been delivered while NJ and CT do not have common borderline. I doubt UPS would just fly it over..
The ABSOLUTE WORST website I hate
****UPS***The ABSOLUTE WORST website I have EVER encountered!!! NOTHING on the website works PROPERLY. I HATE, HATE UPS SITE AND WISH I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE 100!!! THEIR SERVICE ISNT TOO BAD, BUT I will never use them again cause of how horribly frustrating it is to get anything done via their site.
I hate UPS
I hate UPS! I shipped a package overnight and it didn't get there till four days later, and it was a perishable item. Filed a claim for the cost of overnight shipping and was denied. Can't talk to a human, and you just get the run around online with them. Their customer service sucks
Horrible company
Horrible company. Said the address provided is incorrect - used the same with all the other companies like royal mail, evri, Fedex, yodel ect everyone is able to find it. Multiple calls and complaints and escalations and no resolution and no parcel. Would never chose to use this company again. Total shambles.
Extremely Poor Service, Zero Communication, and Unreliable Drivers
My experience with UPS has been extremely disappointing. For more than a week, I have been trying to retrieve my parcel, and UPS has failed at every single step. Customer service gave me contradictory information multiple times. I was told that my parcel would stay in the pickup location within a certain period of time, yet when I went to collect it, I was informed that it was already being returned to the sender — without any notice or explanation.
To make matters worse, the pickup code they sent me never worked, and even though I was promised a new code, I never received one. The lack of communication and responsibility is shocking.
What is even more unacceptable is that UPS drivers seem to make decisions about your parcel without any confirmation from you. In my case, the driver decided to take my package back and return it to the sender, completely ignoring the information UPS themselves had given me. There was no approval, no message, no attempt to deliver — just a driver choosing what to do with my package.
This entire situation has been stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. As a business owner, I will never recommend UPS to anyone. Their service is unreliable, their communication is poor, and their drivers act without customer consent.
Based on my experience, I cannot advise anyone to ship their parcels with UPS.
Shipped 3 pkgs, only 2 arrived
Shipped 3 pkgs, business to business to the same location. Two of the 3 arrived. The one showed it was dropped off at the UPS store but never left the hub. I called the UPS store; they would not leave a message for the UPS pickup person to look for it at the hub. I called the main UPS # to leave a message for the local UPS hub; said they did not answer the phone. Most of the UPS drivers are wonderful; their customer service is not. They are no help at all. I have called on more than 1 occasion, and never was anything accomplished by calling.
worst service ever
worst service ever. parcel never arrived for a business meeting and ups claims its the customs fault. UPS also asked many irrelevant questions and never got to the point to release the goods. I will never worrk with this company again. the level of stupidity and not caring about their customers needs is beyond believe. This event is happening in Belgium.
Great Courier Service
I purchased an external hard drive online which was delivered by UPS.
I didn't realise until after I had placed the order that the hard drive manufacturer had shipped the hard drive from the Netherlands to the UK.
I was worried that the hard drive would be damaged in transit but when it arrived, I was happy to see that the item was well packaged and arrived safely.
And even though the item was dispatched from the Netherlands, UPS had the parcel delivered to me in less than 48 hours.
I am very happy with the courier service and would use UPS again.
General experience with UPS is awaful
It honestly feels like UPS is committed to redefining “delivery” just not in the way anyone asked for. The classic “we couldn’t deliver because you weren’t home” routine is always a nice touch, especially when I’ve literally been in all day and then get the privilege of collecting my own parcel from a “convenience” store (convenient for who? Certainly not me).
And the latest performance? My parcel spent three days sightseeing around the same city as me before UPS finally decided it was ready to be delivered.
People love to joke about Evri or Royal Mail, but at least they deliver. Customer care on the phone is the cherry on top, they simply read back the exact same tracking info I’m already staring at on my screen. Incredibly helpful. Truly a masterclass in telling me absolutely nothing I didn’t already know.
Terrible
Terrible information, website is horrible, delivery is delayed and delayed and delayed.
UPS is untrustworthy
I received an email at 11a letting me know my package would be delivered between 3:30p and 5:30p today. The next email I received at 3:15p said "You package is almost there!" Then at 5:50p (already 20 minutes past the scheduled delivery window), I received an email saying "We'll deliver today, just a little later than expected." The package was finally delivered at 9:50p! I had someplace to be at 6:30p and people were counting on me to be there. Yet I couldn't leave my house and risk having an expensive item left sitting out on the front porch. Had UPS had even the slightest clue about its delivery schedule then I could have asked a friend to come wait on my behalf. UPS management obviously knew the item was never going to be delivered by 3:30p and realistically, they knew 5:30p wasn't going to happen either. I mistakenly trusted UPS and completely missed my appointment tonight because of them. A delivery that's >4 hours beyond the tail end of the scheduled window shows complete ineptitude of UPS management. In the end, I spoke to the driver and asked why so late? She says she's on time because her hand-held system shows it needed to be delivered by midnight! WTF?!?!
UPS is on the same level as FedEx
UPS is on the same level as FedEx, they both are at the bottom of the barrel.
Always late, constantly overcharging for service not rendered...
I've been on hold for 2 hours and 25 minutes before finally hanging up because an agent lied about transferring my call to a supervisor.... this company is worthless and a waste of time.... I advise EVERYONE to steer clear of these scum bags.
I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. My first package (of 3 that should have arrived by today) was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. The package has left and returned to my local facility 3 times in the last 5 days. The automated system is horrendous and designed to run you in circles without sending you to a human. I finally got to talk to a person (who I could barely understand because they were foreign), after waiting for nearly half an hour on hold. They said i can't pick up the items that i paid for, that BEL0NG TO ME at the facility thats 20 minutes from my house, and that i have to just wait. "Deal with it" is basically what they told me.
