Delayed eSIM Confirmation and Poor Customer Service

I subscribed to an eSIM on the 19th of Mai and still haven't received confirmation. Their responses to my emails take a week, and we cannot call them to resolve the issue promptly. They asked for additional information in different stages instead of requesting everything at once. I have now asked for my data and request to be deleted. Dont be in a rush...

I was going going to move from YouPrice…

I was going going to move from YouPrice to Sosh in France because im not a fan of MVNOs particularly with customer service however I had an issue with the portability code. Their service desk was quick to reply and happy to generate a working code. I have since decided not to move to Sosh because my experience with this small company was so good. Im going to stay. Five stars for price, customer service and data speeds.
