Partner with Purpose at KSU 

The Partners-in-Success Program at KSU's Department of Career Planning and Development (DCPD) is designed to recognize organizations that provide significant support to KSU, enhancing visibility and optimizing recruiting effectiveness across both KSU campuses. The program includes 25 sponsors, categorized into three tiers: 5 Diamond Sponsors, 10 Platinum Sponsors, and 10 Gold Sponsors. Each sponsorship level requires an annual financial commitment, with detailed financial information available upon request. If the desired sponsorship level is full, organizations can join a waitlist at no cost and will be notified when a slot becomes available. 

Sponsors receive a variety of benefits, including the first right of refusal for events, admission to Job and Internship Fairs, and advertising and promotional opportunities. These advantages are designed to maximize the recruiting effectiveness of sponsoring organizations and ensure they have ample opportunities to engage with KSU students and graduates. The maximum amount eligible for a charitable tax deduction is determined by subtracting the fair market value of any benefits received from the total sponsorship level amount. Please consult your tax advisor to understand how these benefits may apply to your individual tax situation. 

To qualify for the Partners-in-Success Program, organizations must be licensed to do business in the US, post job opportunities on Handshake, and attend at least one event (excluding job fairs) per year currently or moving forward. Diamond Level Employer Partners will receive the highest level of advertising and promotional opportunities. 

Benefits:

  • Registration and prime table location for 3 job fairs within two consecutive semesters, 4 reps/parking and electricity ($2475 FMV)  
  • Recognition on Handshake platform within Student Job Fair Messaging  
  • Promotional handouts in attendee folders at 3 job fairs (of employer’s choice). Handout size limited to 8.5 x 11 in., print materials supplied by Sponsor (up to 1000 copies per fair) Must be received no later than 2 weeks before the job fair ($900 FMV)  
  • Access to resume book of attendees for 3 job fairs  
  • Sponsor level Recognition on recruiter name badges when at the job fair.  
  • Exclusive Access for 1 on campus tabling opportunity in the week before a job fair (of employer's choice)  
  • Logo Recognition on our department's website, job fair event guide, break area signage, and on- campus event posters and signage  
  • Year-Round recognition on “Partners in Success” displays located in the DCPD offices, on both campuses  
  • Company featured in 2 of the student newsletters (produced biweekly) and student targeted emails (include 2 highlighted job postings ahead of the job fair)  
  • Promotion within the employer newsletter (1 feature within your sponsorship period)  
  • 2 social media features on the DCPD platforms  
  • Logo printed on t-shirts distributed to students at special events  
  • Exclusive Access to participate at Job Fair Prep Events  
  • Exclusive Access to table at Senior Cookout with up to 1,000 graduating seniors in attendance  
  • Invitation to the Annual Employer Appreciation Social event 
  • Invitation to participate in a DCPD Staff Retreat Sessions 
 

Platinum Level Employer Sponsors will have access to the opportunities included below in this sponsorship package. 

Benefits:

  • Platinum Level Employer Partners will have access to the opportunities included below in this partnership package. 
  • Registration and prime table location for 2 job fairs within 2 consecutive semesters 4 reps/parking and electricity ($1650 FMV)  
  • Recognition on Handshake platform within Student Job Fair Messaging  
  • Promotional handouts in attendee folders at 2 job fairs (of employer’s choice). Handout size limited to 8.5 x 11 in., print materials supplied by Sponsor (up to 1000 copies) *Must be received no later than 2 weeks ($600 FMV)  
  • Access to resume book of attendees for 2 job fairs  
  • Sponsor level Recognition on recruiter name badges when at the job fair

  • Promotional handouts in attendee bags at 1 job fair (of employer’s choice). Handout size limited to 8.5 x 11 in., print materials supplied by Sponsor (up to 1000 copies)
  • Must be received no later than 2 weeks before the job fair ($300 FMV)

Job Fair Add-ons

Expand your reach at DCPD-hosted job fairs with Optional Job Fair Add-ons is ideal for promoting full-time, part- time, internship/co-op, and seasonal roles. Add-ons are an addition to your sponsorship level and annual commitment. 

Note: Add-ons are available in addition to job fairs included with sponsorship levels. Applicable only to DCPD- hosted events. 

Partnership level donation + Job Fair Add-on choice - Job Fair(s) FMV = maximum amount eligible for tax deduction. The Job Fairs FMV for Unlimited Add-on is $4550  

Unlimited: $3,000 - Unlimited job fairs  
Plus 3: $1,500 - Any three job fairs  
Plus 2: $1,000 -Any two job fairs 

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Printed Material Inside Job Fair Attendee Bags/Folders - $300  

  • Promotional paper or brochure handouts; no giveaway items 
  • Maximum size is 8.5 x 11 in., up to 4 pages, up to 1000 copies 
  • All job-related materials must be approved by a DCPD Employer Relations staff member 
  • Handouts are supplied by the employer and must arrive in DCPD office no later than 5 business days before the event
