I am thoroughly impressed with the Hollyland Lark Max 2 Combo! The audio quality is crisp and professional right out of the box. My favorite feature is definitely the built-in recording on each transmitter; having that backup audio it's such a good feature. Considering the features and build quality, this system offers excellent value for money compared to more expensive competitors. Highly recommended!

Every time I needed something, they were there to support me, answer my questions, and they were incredibly kind.

They also replied much faster than I expected. I thought it would take a long time for such a big company to answer a not-so-obvious question, but they still took the time to care and responded as quickly as possible, giving me all the support I needed.

So for me… it’s 5 stars for this company. I’m really happy with them.

Fast shipping and an absolutely amazing product. The magnet is probably one of the highest class I've seen on something this small. It just works, Linux/android, windows, if it can address a USB audio source your golden. The mic controls are great and once you remember which color is for noise canceling it's awesome, the audio quality is great and the isolation when you want directional pickup works very well. Highly recommend.

Hollyland's support team resolved my LARK A1 exchange issue (Lightning to USB-C) quickly, efficiently, and incredibly generously.
Instead of making me go through the standard return process, they chose to send me the USB-C receiver I needed free of charge as a sign of appreciation. This attitude shows that they truly care about customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
The process was very easy and professional. I am extremely satisfied and recommend them 100%!

Genuinely impressed with the Hollyland Lark M1 microphone. It performs solidly and packs in a generous set of accessories! Hollyland's customer service also is great!

I happily pre-purchased a 4x Lark Max M2, after owning the M1 for over a year. 29/7, the day of my purchase, was when my joy began to decline.

The expected shipping date advertised was 7/31, even though it wouldn't ship until 8/16. Updates were not posted until it was shipped.

Upon arrival, I discovered that no earpiece is included and that it is only with one specific set, something that is not very clear on their site or in their marketing videos. They also informed me that it will only work if I exit 4-player mode and purchase it for $62.

Next, I head out on the road and take the new set in my camera bag. The zipper on the cloth bag holding my pre-purchased Lark Max M2 broke at the beginning of several weeks of travel, meaning two of the mics, the charging case and cords are not secured. $500 is not secured.

I return from travel and write to them on 4/11. They ask me for proof of purchase even after I reply with the link in their receipt, which also lets me view my private information on their site.

They then ask me to fill out a report to get a quote to have the product replaced. I pressed them to replace the bag at no cost.

They agree if I provide a photo. I do.

Then they request a video of the bag, which I narrated with my deepening frustration at the hoops I'm needing to jump through to get the bag replaced. I note that I recently had a similar issue with another company, and they immediately shipped a replacement at no cost.

They acknowledge my frustration by now requesting I leave them a positive review on TrustPilot, after which, verifying, they will grant me a $10 gift certificate - unsure for what. This is because, after all of this unnecessary communication, they have determined they will not replace the bag as it is outside the 90-day warranty period, which they have failed to mention until now.

I still won't have a bag, as they don't replace or sell those. Usually, this wouldn't be an issue; however, without this bag, there is no way to carry two of the tiny microphones, the cords, or the charging case. $500 worth of equipment unpackaged. Gone is the nice, neat and simple package of the M1. Lose the bag on this M2 x 4, and it can turn into an x 2 pretty quickly.

Gone is my trust in Hollyland. Gone will be my future business. I can't imagine if I had an issue with the technology what the experience would be after my issues with their shady marketing, warranty and service.

Easy communication, quick response, my questions were answered.

Love my new gadget, gives me a cool sound for my reels and handpan play and is very easy to use.

I purchased the 4-User Solidcom SE Pro Headsets directly from Hollyland around 2 months ago. I conducted extensive research on them and their competitors, as intercom systems are expensive, and it was my first time getting an intercom system. After a while, I bit the bullet and purchased these pricier headsets, and it was well worth the price.

Since then, my team has only had raving reviews about these headsets. Although these are on the cheaper side of their headsets, it has functioned really well. The quality seems pretty decent, the battery life is good, and most of all, the sound quality is fantastic, with no transmission delay. My team members have been raving about these headsets and want more for our future events.

Hollyland did a well-thought-out job designing their headsets.
- Props to Hollyland for including two batteries per headset, enabling us to achieve nearly 100% uptime, as our events range from 2-hour sessions to multiple 14-hour days. The batteries are easy to replace.
- Having an LED within your FOV indicating if you are muted is super helpful.
- The microphone swings forward and back, allowing you to position it on either your left or right side, which is also extremely helpful.
These small quality-of-life features are what make these headsets stand out.

I also had a good experience with their customer service. As I was looking into purchasing more headsets, I needed to know if we could buy two sets and mix & match the number of headsets per master. Hollyland Customer Service was very responsive. (The answer is yes, you can mix and match remote headsets with any master, but you cannot connect the masters together.)

Additionally, the shipping times were fast! I got the headsets 2 days after I placed my order.

Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Hollyland. I would purchase from them again and recommend that people take a look at their products.

I purchased through hollyland their Solidcom C1 6s. I had used these before on film sets through other owners and have used them so much that I knew it was time to invest in them myself. I would highly recommend buying straight through the hollyland website as the process is very streamlined and their customer service is great. Although it was unfortunate to see that they were sold out of single remote headsets as I would really like to invest in those and a hub for the c1. All in all would buy again!

Took advantage of the sale price for the Lark M2S Ultimate Combo online. Transaction was smooth and shipping was quick. Product was easy to set up and immediately used it for a self taped audition. Recorded sound is great. Easy to use app. Fits my purposes 100 percent.

Mir gefallen vor allem die Funkstrecken. Ich habe zwei von Hollyland (Lark 150 Duo + Lars C1). Ich arbeite mit Schülern und möchte entsprechende Geräte bestellen. Dabei hat mir der Service von Hollyland gut geholfen.

As much as I like the convenience of connecting without a hassle, it is a hassle to care the mic, adapters, and everything separately. I wish all of it could be store into 1 thing.
In addition, sometimes I wonder if other competitors audio is better than Hollyland because I got mine on sale.

The package arrived just as described I am really happy with the products I got.

The product is very good and value to the price.
