Yet another social media clickbait company. Bra's look absolutely amazing on the one lady with augmented breasts they use for their videos. After constant bombardment of their videos on instagram. I decided to give them a go as an underwire free alternative to my trusty Mary of Sweden and Panache bras Paid £47.92 (inc £2.99 postage) for 2 bras on 17th Sept, had to wait 16 days for them to be delivered. The support in the bras was awful. I ordered the correct size as per their chart and they did fit but the support was absolutely non existent. Customer service are very polite but there is no getting away from the fact that these type of bras will not fit everyone. Sending me a different bra was going to make absolutely no difference. Asked for information on how to return on 3rd oct and took until the 10th to actually get confirmation of a refund (I still haven't had the label to actually send the items back). The real kicker here is the £12.95 the company deduct from your refund for 'postage, handling and materials'. This makes me wonder if the returned bra's are going to go back into their stock or straight in to a waste bin. So on top of my £2.99 delivery fee to start with I am out nearly £16 over this. A good life lesson the if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Bought the 3000w v10 off-road skateboard and recently had it stop accepting a charge even though the charger works fine in everything else , went through customer support explaining my issue and went through there testing , pulled out my multimeter and disassembled the board and tested everything with video and picture evidence showing the charger functions normally ,the battery being at 40.2 charge on the meter and that the charge port itself was working too but upon further inspecting the terminal plug to the mobo there's scorch marks showing theres a fault somewhere showing it's not working right and they're idea to fix the situation is just buy a new charger. Also explained I'm currently locked out of my old Gmail that was used to purchase the board and I know it is still under warranty and I explained that to them and can provide the email and card that was used to purchase it while I get access back to it but they just want to say it's out of warranty and buy a new charger which doesn't help me, so I'll say customer support is horrible even though the boards are amazing

I placed an order and it arrived quickly and in great condition. There were a pair where the sizing had been different to the other pairs and I asked how I could exchange them. They offered me a refund or replacement but as the sizing was spectacular in the other styles I went with a replacement. I asked how I could return the unworn pair (I had two in this style so I had only asked to exchange the unworn pair of course) and Ash came back to say that I didn't need to return them that a replacement in my chosen style has been sent out to me. All within 12 hours of my initial email. Really impressed by the speed of resolution. Thanks Ash!

I purchased a watch strap for my Apple Watch. When it eventually arrived it was so difficult to put on that I asked for a refund. The process of getting a refund has been so complicated that I have yet to receive a sensible response. For a full refund I have to pay for the return and then wait for them to decide (this is after feeling forced into sending a video showing the problem with the strap) or I can get half the money back and put the unacceptable experience behind me. There has been no attempt to address this sensibly and I have to chase up responses. This company clearly doesn’t care about customers or customer service

I am trying to get in contact with several times but there is only answers from support team. And they answered me the same. I have transferred to you the sum of 869 GBP on 12.09.2025 for 6 thickets for concert of THE WEEKEND on 16.08.2026 in Wembly London In the account information in sector "Purchase"- there is no available purchase , but the money have been transferred to your bank account. The people from the support team told me that I should wait to verify the payment. How is it possible one month - 30 days no one to check the payment ??? I am looking forward to hearing from you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic products and great service! I’ve been using Synergetics for a few months now and honestly can’t fault them. The products always arrive quickly, well packaged, and look really professional. Customer service is super friendly and always happy to help with any questions. I’ve been on Retatutide for about 3 months and have gone from 26% body fat down to 18%, which is incredible. I’ve also recently started CJC and Ipamorelin and can already see lean muscle starting to come through. Really happy with everything so far – great company, great results!

Used CBD on and off for at least 10 years. I’ve reached out for guidance and their response was fantastic. Sadly for some reason now their Stavia gives me horrendous anxiety. So as long as I stick to Indica I’m all good! I love the silver oil at nighttime, and have brought the red. Gutted though as I had surgery, ended up with DVT and now on blood thinners, so cannot use my new red oil, once I’ve finished the course I will start up the red and leave a review vs the silver. Excellent quality, love the company.

This review is purely for Leon in repairs i called in to make Southern aware that a repair had been booked for today however was completed in July and did not want them to use up valuable resources. What a wonderful experience someone bright, cheerful and actually really wanted to help then thanked me for taking the time to call in freeing up their resources. If a company have staff like Leon facing them up to customers they are already onto a winning combination of professionalism and positivity
