Professional from start to Finnish , polite and friendly , was a challenge for them to install with it being a non standard construction building but they said at time we will figure it out and do it and that is exactly what they did with no problems. What use to take 24 hours to down load now takes 5 minutes 😁😁😁 very happy. Fitter was Owen Harrison and engineer was Ammad Ahmed , thank you .

Very professional and friendly installation. Nelson and Owen turned up early and installed the system with minimum fuss. They made sure everything was explained and agreed before the install. Thoroughly recommended. Nelson confirm that I had signal around the house and also that the speed agreed was available. Connect Fibre have been very easy and professional to deal with and I now have 500Mbit download instead of my Sky 25Mbit!

My one year old pulled my cable out the wall I had no internet . I called the customer care team 10 minutes later then I had a a call back to say an engineer would be out that even or the next morning I can confirm they was at my property the next morning and solved the problem in 5 minutes amazing customer service very friendly and nothing was too much to ask !! Would never change my internet again best internet I’ve been with.

I had recieved a leaflet through the post about a new broadband provider who was offering 2Gb broadband with no charge for connection. Living in a small village I was a VERY sceptical about how this could possibly work. Having done a bit of research about the company and it's reviews on Trustpilot I decided to register my interest but not expecting a reply as the village is a bit of a desert
as far as infrastructure was concerned (no gas, poor mobile reception, no possibility of BT improving our slow broadband) within an hour of registering I had a call from their representative Paul Long. We had a long and very helpful and informative conversation about registration to the Connect Fibre network. Paul was very knowledgeable regarding the steps needed to subscribe to a connection and carefully went through the pros and cons to using their network and how to ensure the connection would improve my experience compared to my current broadband installation. I have two broadband hubs at our property as connectivity throughout was inconsistent. The subscription to the one I use for gaming was due to end soon and was not going to be replaced and I was looking to a price rise to take on another. Paul suggested how I would be able to solve the connectivity problems by including easily connected hardware to their router to get full wi fi over the whole building and connect to their network at up to 2 Gb/sec. No pressure was put on me to sign up and I wouldn't start paying until the system was installed by their engineering team and working. In my long experence with connecting to an internet provider I had never had such a relaxed and conversant person as Paul and was pleased to make the decision to sign up with CF. Thank you Paul for all your help.
