I purchased a Nintendo Switch OLED 2021 from the seller asgoodasnew. Unfortunately, the device’s quality was extremely poor. I requested a return and refund through the system, and I sent the product back to them. However, they claimed that I had swapped the device, saying the IMEI number on the console didn’t match the one on the box. I returned exactly the same item they originally sent me. This is a fraudulent act from their side, and they still haven’t resolved the issue even after 14 days.
Lying thieves!
Quick with responding when they have your money. Within a few hours actually.
Then when I returned my phone and it was back in Germany over a week ago.
Complete radio silence.
I have asked for money several times and they haven’t responded to refurbed requests or my requests.
This is a scam. Be careful of these people. You’ll lose your money and they hold onto it until they make another sale probably and then release your money. My friends in Germany told me that they have a reputation of conning people but I didn’t want to believe it at the time.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Refurbed and AsGoodAsNew. Instead of receiving the Samsung Z Fold 4 that I purchased, the package contained nothing more than a label-printing device. Despite providing photo evidence and submitting a complaint immediately, I have been met with nothing but delays, excuses, and vague promises from both companies.
It has now been weeks, and I still don’t have my phone that I ordered it.The lack of accountability and constant stalling from Refurbed and their partners is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and swift resolution when such serious issues occur.
I was only told to be patient, and nothing about sending me a new device or giving me a refund.

To be honest, I can't be sure whether this website is close to be a scam. I recently bought a brand-new pixel 9 for 480€ (which is extremely cheap for this model). I had absolutely no trouble with the delivery. I ordered the phone on a Monday and received it the Thursday (I live in France). The box was in excellent condition and the phone was new in its original packaging, never opened. The IMEI on the invoice = IMEI box = IMEI phone (meaning the phone was really new). The phone is not blacklisted (reported stolen). I never contacted customer service so I can't comment on how responsive they are.
Anyway, according to the previous reviews, many of them have been scammed, especially if they ordered a refurbished product or sold them their phone. Either due to the delivery (product never sent/arrived), what they received (product not as described) or customer service extremely bad (extremely hard or impossible to get a refund...)
I will not buy another product from them (even though I had a really nice experience with them) given how many people were really disappointed. I have to say that I was lucky (another guy bought a brand-new pixel 9 (like me) and received a refurbished one).
In fact you have more chance of not being scammed if you ordered a brand-new product than a refurbished one because they can't lie on the product's quality.
However, If you really want to buy on this site, I advise you to take a video of the unboxing as proof if the product is not as described (that's what I did), to follow very closely the delivery and to keep all the emails.
Anyway, choose websites that you know to buy such products like phones, laptops, etc. It's more secure. I didn't know this website and I was very nervous.
Don't hesitate to read other reviews to make your own opinion.
Misleading product condition and poor customer service
I ordered an iPad Pro listed as “like new,” but the device arrived with visible scratches on both the display and the back. This was clearly not as described. I contacted customer service, but instead of offering a proper exchange, they suggested I return the item and place a new order – at a higher price than I originally paid.
Despite repeated emails, the responses were slow, dismissive, and failed to take responsibility. It feels like they tried to profit by sending me a lower-grade product while advertising it as top condition. There was no compensation for the time, frustration, or inconvenience caused by their mistake.
I’ve never had such a poor experience with a refurbished electronics seller. I do not recommend this company.

I've had to call multiple times just to get an explanation, and their responses have always been vague and evasive.
They keep delaying the process and are not clear with their answers.
I spent a significant amount of money, and every day that goes by I lose income because of a mistake they made.
Who knows how long I’ll have to wait until they finally take responsibility for their error.

I ordered a smartphone advertised as being in “like new” condition. However, the device I received had noticeable scratches on three out of the five camera lenses. These scratches are definitely not just cosmetic—they affect the functionality and overall quality of the phone.
When I called customer service to address the issue, I was told that neither an exchange nor a refund of the shipping costs would be possible, even though the condition of the phone clearly did not match the description provided on the website. On the top of this the lady I've spoken to seemed quite disinterested.
I find this extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expect to receive products as described and to have reasonable solutions offered when there is a clear discrepancy. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

IPhone 14 Pro - Very Good
After two days with the phone, I’m genuinely impressed. It arrived in excellent condition, just as described. The screen is flawless, and the housing is nearly perfect, with only a few tiny marks—probably from dust getting trapped in the previous owner’s case. 
The battery health is at 89%, which is solid for a refurbished device. Even with frequent use, it easily lasts me through the day without any issues. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience, and I’m really pleased with the purchase. Will update if I run any issues but for people like me looking at all the bad reviews before purchasing I thought I would leave this review for you to consider

I recently purchased a brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max from asgoodasnew, and I must admit, I was initially quite nervous about the decision—mainly because the price was noticeably cheaper than other sellers like Amazon. I wasn’t sure if the device would truly be new, especially when buying such an expensive product from a third-party seller.
However, it turned out to be an amazing decision!
Although I usually don’t write reviews, I realized how important they are—especially for big purchases like this. I had been searching for reviews from buyers in a similar situation to mine but couldn’t find many, so I hope this helps someone in the same position.
The delivery was fast: I placed my order on Saturday, and while there was no update on Sunday (which is understandable), the phone was delivered on Wednesday. The device arrived in perfect condition, sealed in its original Apple packaging, and truly brand new as advertised.
The only downside I experienced is that their customer service is not available in English over the phone, but they do respond in English via email, which was helpful and sufficient for me.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend asgoodasnew to anyone considering buying a device at a better price.

It’s not near to being as good as new
It’s not near to being as good as new. I was always told by my parents that cheap things are still cheap, don’t search for quality. But, as a naughty child I misbehaved again and see the result. They could buy me with their 40 euros voucher, but how to use it, if the quality is that they state is “good” is not below average, or worse. Fair to say, new things are better, no complaints here.
Selling region and vendor locked phones
Bought two phones from them. One did not receive any updates ever since I set it up. I asked Samsung Support and they checked, that the phone was both region locked and vendor locked when it comes to OTA or updates, which means, I can use them freely, but will never receive any of the 7 years of updates including security updates.
Reaching out to support is a nightmare, as they do not offer a hotline and the call-back service estimates I can get a call in 3 to 5 days, which is not acceptable. I also sent a contact form which they have not even sent out an email for to confirm that it has been received after 3 hours.
I will hopefully update once I hear from the support at some point.

Guys just a quick follow up, on my negative review on the 19th of March,in regards to as good as it gets this company is an absolute disgrace and they treat the customers like trash. I just want to post 2 screenshots of my last interaction with as good as new, the first one below, is of me sending a text message via my refurbed app, to asgoodasnew, telling them of my dissatisfaction with their services. and remember this has been going on for over a month now.

Just remember folks that I ordered two separate pixel 9 folds phones from as good as new over the month of March, and twice they lost the phones,and they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience that they caused me,until I asked for an apology.
“As good as new”, everyone should stay away from them, as they are the manipulators.
Oh, and I note, that they never responded to my last negative review, which was on 19 March. It should be interesting to see if they will even bother responding to this negative review.
