Absolutely terrible don’t waste your time and money. They offer no return option and they never reply back to you. They sent one misleading email after sending them 8 emails trying to get a refund. The swimsuits are all see through so you will never be able to wear them in public without showing everyone your goods. Terrible quality I minds well just be naked on the beach their bathing suit material is two see through materials sowed together. They don’t even have a phone number to call costumer service I will never use another company that doesn’t have a number to call. I wasted $200 on this crap if I could give the 0 stars I would.

This company knows how to give you a great tan with no tan lines. Amazing idea! Makes you look stunning!

Supper innovative swimsuit technology! The prints and styles are so cute and it was delightful to speak with a rep to get my size just right and pick the best suit for me. I woulddddd recommend sizing up at least on the one piece suits, I think you’re better off too big than too small!

BetterTanSwim has great quality suits & are very cute. My only complaint was I didn't like the way suit looked on me but the whole return process was smooth & easy. The company responded back quickly & had no problem refunding me my suit. I definitely recommend this company!

What a great company. The swim suit is amazing that I got. I love the style and I love how it seems to be see through before you put it on but once it's on you can't see through it. I'm really hoping to get a perfect tab this summer. I got the wrong bikini bottoms and they communicated wonderfully and got me the help I need

The concept is great, but the bottom was waaaaayyyy too small and the return policy is not ideal, however customer service was able to fix my issues.

Cute suit! Pattern is great and the high cut is very flattering. The fabric is mesh-like but doesn’t appear sheer when it is on the body. Customer service is very responsive for any issues that may arise in the shipping process.

Swimsuit top ran a little smaller than expected, but we are in the process of figuring out a solution. Customer service responds promptly.

The swimsuit was small but was as advertised! If it fit it would have been great. The return policy is very misleading but they did accommodate when I put up a fight.

Swimwear was comfy but just a little too small for my preference. The return policy is a little tricky to handle but I was able to communicate with a team member and they were able to handle all my requests!

The sizes are completely wrong and when you ask to return, they offer many things but never the full cost. They are not willing to pay for the return label, which is completely absurd since the cost of the return is higher than the item.

Terrible company, terrible policies, they should not be selling online at all.

Yeah…. Like the other reviewers stated this site is absolutely unprofessional a complete scam. Copy and pasted from my email: “We're more than happy to assist you with the return, however, the cost of the return is expensive so we'd like to offer you a 50% refund of the price for the item you wish to return or a store credit of the equivalent amount and you can use the items you have as a gift to someone special during a special occasion or holiday season. This will save you from the hassle of returning the items received.” What??? I did check the return policy and it said nothing about a 50 percent refund only. They also sent me the wrong bottoms. They sent me a thong when I ordered cheeky bottoms and the front of it doesn’t even cover my whole crotch (I’m a size 2 for reference ). Compete waste of money. I’m so mad I didn’t check the site reviews before purchasing, which is something I usually do.

This company is such a scam. I paid $110 for a bathing suit that does not fit. In order to start a return you have to email somebody and wait a week till they get back to you. I was then offered a code to purchase my next bathing suit which was $40 off my next purchase. They said for me to “gift” the original bathing suit and purchase another at $70. I was not happy with this response, they followed up with an email stating to ship the return to Bulgaria to a random person at my expense. They did remind me that I have 30 days from receiving the bathing suit to return it so now I am already two weeks down. Just trying to communicate how to return the bathing suit. by the time this bathing suit gets to Bulgaria it will be over 30 days and I will be out all of the money. do not shop Better Tan Swim! The suit is cheap. Sizing is so far off!

Update.. months later. Still waiting for my refund with 5-6 unanswered emails from this company. I’ll dispute this on my credit card as I see this is the only way.

Extremely misleading return policy. Their refund is not a full refund (only 50% offered despite being new, no tags removed, unworn) or they make you get store credit. This is despite their swimsuits being low quality and extremely small, cheap feeling material. Do not buy from this company.

Customer service is rude and non responsive.
Sizing is inconsistent and return policy must be read in full. I canceled my order before they shipped it and they still sent it out and refused to cancel. I begged for a return or exchange for larger size because the sizing was grossly wrong from regular sizes and they refused and eventually stopped replying to my emails. At least, if they would exchange my suit, I would be able to actually wear it.
Don’t buy, quality is also poor for the price. Into the garbage it goes.

Helpful customer service. They were quick with a response when I had a sizing issue, and they started an exchange quickly. Although I did have to pay to send the package back, it was worth it for me because I really wanted one of their bathing suits. Out of pocket return fees is something to be aware of if you live far away from the company. Another tip— to me, their sizing runs small. However, my experience with their customer service team was easy! I would order from them again now that I know my size on their website :)

I ordered my normal size for a one piece that was about $110. It didn’t fit but to return it I’d have to pay for shipping myself which to Bulgaria the cheapest I could find was $70. After a good amount of back and forth they offered me a 50% refund and I keep the swimsuit. I appreciate the gesture and at least I get some money back. And, will give the swimsuit to a friend 🤷‍♀️
