Great experience

I subscribed to a twice-monthly delivery of a pixie bouquet, and I just received my first one along with a complimentary vase. The bouquet is fresh, beautiful, and smells amazing! They also included flower food and detailed instructions on how to arrange the flowers and make them last longer. I'm very happy with my purchase!

My first choice for bouquet gifts

I have used Bloomon in the Netherlands many times and I was never disappointed. Bouquet are delivered timely and carefully.
I was both the receiver and the giver of these flowers, which are every time beautiful and last very long. The pictures on the website are accurate, and also the vases are a great addition.

First order Bloomon

All the flowers in the bouqet were of the same color, I like more pastel colors and some variety in the colors while putting the flowers together. Also, I was slightly disappointed because it felt like the bouqet had no real big flowers, like roses, sunflower, lily, peonies, etc. It just had what I call filler flowers. A good bouqet for me is a mix of big and small flowers, filler flowers and foliage. So, for me it wouldn't be worth 27 Euros, I can get better and slightly cheaper from the Farmers market.

Very sad bunch (not bouquet) of…

Very sad bunch (not bouquet) of flowers!
Wish it is possible to post photos of the dying flowers received…
Looks as if it’s was bought from the expired section at the street markets.
Far better places to order fresh flowers.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day but…

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day but the delivery service post nl did not delivery till 4 days after so it was not so fresh anymore ,I was not very happy about it , I think they should work with another company but still the costumer service was very efficient and fast and they offered me a new order or give me the total refund so at least they fix it fast

I would like to give 5 starts, but...

I would like to give 5 stars, but there are often some issues with the orders. Overall, the support is excellent at handing misunderstandings, and the flowers are beautiful and mostly fresh. So, it's 4.5 stars from me for Bloomon.

Beautiful flowers, sloppy delivery

The flowers were beautiful. However, the card which I ordered to go with it was not delivered. The recipient did not know who it was from, and had to message everyone she knows just to find out who sent the flowers.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – Ruined a Special Occasion

I ordered flowers from Bloomon a day in advance for my wife's birthday. They promised delivery between 1:00–6:00 PM. At 5:30 PM, I received an SMS saying the delivery failed and would be attempted tomorrow. Completely unacceptable on such an important day.

I called customer service and asked for compensation. All they offered was a €5 credit for a future order — as if I'd ever use them again. I told them it was insulting, asked to cancel the order, and made it clear I would never do business with them again.

Bloomon let me down when it mattered most. Not reliable, not customer-friendly. Avoid.
I would give them 0 stars.

I paid extra to have the gift delivered…

I paid extra to have the gift delivered on the date of my wife's birthday, but they delivered only the next day in the PostNL service point. Terrible customer service, said they could do nothing about it.

Room for improvement

Flowers were nice, delivery a disaster. Although I had a card selected, the card (on both bouquets) were not enclosed, leading to misunderstandings as neither the recipients of the flowers were addressed, nor the birthday greetings
