Really dilligent service, excellent communication
The team at car finance247 were great, I was designated my own account manager, Mafiur Choudhury and his communication was brilliant through Whatsapp service. He managed to find me a very good deal with the lender, which other brokers could not find.
The speed of responses and communication with the lender/dealer were great and I'm really happy with the overall resolution!
The only honest, constructive feedback I'll provide to the company in general is just to remind new finance users like me that funds can't be sent to the dealer over the weekend. Other than that, everything weng smoothly.
Highly recommended!
