I somehow got a montly subcription off my bank account. I want to cancel it.
They already took 4 times 20€ off. Thats 80€ in the gargabe bin. I need to look how to stop it

Initially, the service was good, the food arrived OK (though the order was wrong and included foods I don't like, such as salmon and mushrooms). However, over the last ten days, the website and app have completely crashed, nobody picks up the phone, nobody responds to emails, on the sole occasion when someone did pick up the phone, they put me on hold and cut me off. I am unable to make changes to my order to remove foods I hate, plus it is incorrect as there are no breakfast foods on there. What precisely am I paying nearly EUR400 a month for right now??? I want a significant discount on my order, a very grovelling apology and the app and website fixed NOW or I'm cancelling and going with another diet provider as this is ridiculous. AVOID THIS COMPANY until they can actually fix the many problems going on with their website, app and customer service and ignore all positive reviews as these are likely made up to balance their overall rating.

it works but not great some meals are good but lots are just ok some are horrible after a wihile they all taste the same

the food is ok, the delivery is ok, never had issues, but
the customer service should be much much better - if you have a problem better solve it on your own, as the customer service has little patience and doesn't listen. The agent is getting angry at you and shouts. Very unprofessional.

Hi it was really good experience,we lost weight as they mentioned. Just have to review some meal was really not tasty but they rest was good. I have to stop for some medical problem,I wish to start again as soon as possible.
Customer service is absolutely terrible! I was sent soup with pork in it instead of what I ordered. I got in contact with them and they said I would get £10 back then I heard nothing so I messaged on messenger and the person was very blunt saying that to cancel I have to call when it’s cost me money to call even when they were replying to me. I would avoid and save yourself some trouble. I have just received a letter months later demanding €80 when they stopped replying to my messages. And the for the price it’s not worth it as you have to add your own vegetables.
I scheduled my delivery for Jan 27th. I was waiting for them at home the whole day. Today is January 28th and I haven't heard from them.
Really? Is this acceptable?

UPDATE: Guillaume from Dietbon contacted me, due to some error the parcel has not been dispatched. The error is apparently fixed and the parcel should be delivered in a week.

Hello, first delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it never arrived. We got a concierge here who did not receive anything and I am home the whole day. Chronofood is a horrible company. Tried to call Dietbon on the UK number but my calls are not answered. Wrote 2 emails to contact@dietbon and livraison@dietbon, so far no answer either. I have already paid for the 1st month for something I have not received.
