Kitchen daily missed our delivery which we ordered due to having a newborn baby at home and save us cooking, then due to the inconvenience they offered us meals to be re delivered, if we removed our negative review, which we did but never received our extra meals… so I’m reposting! Shocking company

Their communication is terrible. They take money out of your account without delivering anything. I can not comment on the quality of food as I have never received a single meal.

I have had an on again, off again subscription with Kitchen Daily for a few years. I am disabled and have a number of health issues, so having meals delivered to my door is a really useful thing, and so even when I have had a bad experience, I have given them another chance as the meals are generally quite tasty and are easy to reheat on bad days. But their customer service is atrocious. Again, due to the disabilities, I cannot use the phone, but again and again they insist on phone calls even when I have stipulated I need to communicate by email only. There have also been occasions when deliveries bore no resemblance to the order I had placed, and with food allergies this can be a real issue, and trying to get refunds etc has been like pulling teeth. I want to be kinder. There aren't many options out there that deliver to me where I live, and some of the meals are absolutely delicious but I am tired of being treated so badly.
*Update: Your reply asks me to reply to this email with details of how to contact me, but it isn't an email, and so I couldn't reply with more than my contact details. Email is the only way to contact me. Hopefully you have those details now. I just want to cancel my subscription.
**Further Update. I have changed my review from 1 star to 2, as the assistance I received from Ghada after posting this review has been excellent and I am extremely grateful for Ghada's input and the outcome reached. It is, however, a shame that in order to get the kind of customer service expected of a company with a really good product that I had to leave a bad review in the first place. Everyone should be able to contact a company in whatever manner they prefer in this day and age, and be able to receive a full customer service experience. It should not be limited just to those able to use a phone.

Délicieux plats préparées , pour un rééquilibrage alimentaire parfait pour moi! Rapide, simple à réchauffer au micro onde ou four traditionnel. Manger sainement devient un plaisir.

Always missing plats and there are never an automatic reimbursement, send at least 8 mails and called 5 times ant there is never a reimbursement. This is SCAM!
Don't know where do the positive come from.

My experience was a disaster , i got engaged for 4 weeks ( what if I don’t like the first week ?)
I did not like meals , it s a shame , I think frozen meals can be better
And only 300 g per meal ( I think it s more 200g and 100 sauce )
I tried to contact customer service ( ok they are good :-) here the one star )
But I won’t order again this company based on marketing ( because the owner is a good chef )

I have orderd for 6weeks.
The first week, one meal was missing, arrived on time.
The second week, was late for 4 days.
The third-forth week, arrived on time.
The fifth week, was late for one day.
The sixth week, was late for 4 days and 5 meals were incorrect.
I am tired keeping calling the hotline to help me.
