I have purchase a total of 3 of the sheets so we would not have to wash and replace on the bed right away. So far I would say the biggest benefit has been going to bed tired and sore, but waking in the morning ready to take on the day. I am writing to share feedback on both the quality of your product and my overall customer service experience. While I believe in the benefits of your sheets, my experience has been disappointing.
When I first ordered, I carefully followed the washing instructions provided. However, the sheets came out damaged after the very first wash. I reached out via both email and phone, but received no response. It was not until I disputed the charge with my credit card company that I heard back from you. I was then asked to provide photos of the damage, and it ultimately took approximately six weeks to receive a replacement sheet.
The replacement initially worked well, but after some time, one of the metal pieces that connects to the cord detached. Since the set only came with one cord and two attachments, I decided not to contact the company again. I also considered placing another order, but noticed that the pillowcases are no longer sold with the sheet.
While I still believe the concept of your product is strong, the combination of product issues, delayed response times, and the difficulty in resolving problems after payment has been processed has left a negative impression. I hope you will consider this feedback to improve both product durability and customer support responsiveness moving forward.
Great Customer Service From Grounding
I was concerned that the Grounding Mat did not arrive on the very day I had been told to expect it. Because I had borrowed a mat from my Reiki instructor, I needed to return hers as soon as possible. But I didn't want to give the mat back without having my own. With the grounding mat I found that I fall asleep faster and wake up more relaxed. And I've been regularly waking up before my alarm clock goes off. I texted Grace at Groundingofficial. She was very friendly and helpful in the very short three-day period it took for the mat to arrive. I had gotten anxious; I shouldn't have. It was shipped on time but the postal service ran slow. My package included a free pair of grounding shoes and two books on grounding explaining how and why it's beneficial. I'm very pleased!
Questionable business practices
When I placed my order my paypal account was billed. A few seconds later, there was a second charge on my paypal account for a second grounding sheet. I immediatedly went to the website and emailed them to remove the charge. Called and no one answered the phone. No response to the email. Next day sent I called, no answer so I sent another email, this time requesting an immediate refund. I did get a response. They would refund my money if I sent the 2nd sheet back and paid $15 for shipping and handling. You have to be kidding me. It was YOUR fraud Grounding official! Shipped from Germany, I had to wait for the sheets to arrive. Ultimately, I decided not to pay another dime and just kept the sheets. I don't know if the grounding works or not.

1 star is too much- DO NOT BUY. The grounding sheet did seem to work (some health & sleep benefits) for 2 weeks, washed it (as per instructions)and it quit working. Email correspondence resulted in canned responses that did not address the issue of faulty product and then wanting me to send defective sheet to Germany and wait until they received it before refunding. I received the product from a Burnaby, BC address so I refused to send to Germany and asked for replacement product to be shipped. They declined and said that they regrettably were unable to offer me a refund or return of the sheet. The “9/10 users love this product; if you don’t, we offer a 90 days day 100% Guarantee”- is a SCAM to suck you in. BBB is on this now.
UPDATE TO THEIR REPLY ON TRUST PILOT- Wow, what a politically correct reply to a 1 Star SCAM warning Review - why don’t you have a talk with Grace CS at support@ groundingofficial.com. Still no refund received and I am not paying an additional $100 to return a sheet that I paid $97 USD ($140CDN) for. I reviewed the website and do NOT see any reference to returning product internationally. Either way - no HONOR to 90 day Satisfaction GUARANTEED; No questions asked Warranty = SCAM!!!

Don't waste your money
I contacted the company a couple of times after sleeping on the sheet for over a month (yes, washed it too, lol) but saw no benefits. I've used grounding half sheets purchased on Amazon that I immediately felt benefits from—so I'm a believer—but they don't last long so thought I'd take the plunge and buy a full fitted sheet. They had great reviews - but the product did not deliver. Just a useless expensive sheet. They will not respond to me after repeated attempts and then I noticed that there's no way to leave a review on their site, which makes me think the reviews are fake. Don't waste your money here. Better off buying something from amazon or paying much more from a reputable seller. Truly disappointed. I'll be buying the Amazon half sheet again... :(

I ordered on the 28th of September, and still haven’t received anything on the 15th of November. Have been in contact with customer service multiple times, but they just tell me to check the tracking number (as if that's magically going to make the package appear?). I've requested a refund 3 times and they just ignore my emails.
According to Dutch law, specifically Article 7:11 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), the risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the goods are physically received by the buyer.

Disappointed/ bad customer service
I was not happy with the purchase and wanted to return it. On their website, they advertise a 90 day risk free and 100% money back guarantee, however didn't clearly mention that customers have to pay for the return shipping while they are located in Germany ( overseas from where i am located.) It would cost me as much to ship it back. They didn't recommend no solution and disappointed with the experience. Look for something local instead.

Horrible Experience
I have had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased a grounding sheet for $140 Nov 16, 2024 and after about ten days, decided to return it. My husband felt it made his sleep worse, and I noticed no difference. I contacted the company by email Dec 4, 2024. They informed me that I had to return it to Germany. I spent $43 with UPS to have it ship with tracking to the address they gave, and emailed them the tracking number Dec. 29th, 2024. I received several calls over the next few weeks from UPS international stating that they would not accept the package. I called the company several times and informed them, as well as gave them the phone number UPS gave me for them to call. Feb 28, 2025, I received the sheet back from UPS. They said it was never accepted by Grounding Official. I emailed the company that day and they apologized and said they would process a refund.
I have emailed them at least 9 times over the last months, and still no refund. They always send back a message saying they are sorry for the delay, they will escalate the case. There is no way anything is being escalated, about nine months later. This company is dishonest and I would recommend you stay away from them. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Edit- I will email you the tracking information and other information you requested. The order number was #149137. If I receive the refund as you stated, I will update my review and change my rating.

Bad Customer Service
I purchased the double sheet but later decided to return it and order a single sheet. I sent them five emails requesting the return, but they chose not to respond or acknowledge any of my messages. I was well within the return period, yet they simply ignored me and ghosted me. If I were you, I would strongly recommend buying from a company that actually values and takes care of their customers, this level of disregard is really disappointing.

Place order #172915 on September 27/25 at 8:56 a.m. after seeing a post on Facebook. Liked that there was a 90 day money back guarantee so ordered 3. After placing order, I started checking out the reviews online. Should have done that first I know. Found out that even though they were sent from the United States, returns had to be sent to Germany and that the cost to return was more than the sheets. Immediately contacted support to cancel my order. Recieved a response on the same day as ordered, that they would try to cancel my order. Next day received an email verifying that my order was canceled and my credit card would be refunded the $250.06 canadian. Perfect right? Not. After many excuses from " Unexpected system problems to waiting on their Management team for their final response, Still no refund. Went to Trust Pilot to read reviews and what do you know. Same Temp plate responses being recieved by others. Sent a final email to them on October 22/25 asking why the inconsistencies to my refund. Advised them of going to my Credit card company and advising them of this fraud. So that is the only way to get your refund I'm guessing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE

Trying to get a refund since July. I sent back the grounding sheet on the 7.7.25 and emailed them with proof of purchase. They first said there was a delay due to system errors, then they raised it with the management team and will chase it up. Now in October and I still haven't received my refund.

My mom and I bought these grounding sheets in March. In April we requested a return label that we didn’t get until June after countless emails back and forth. The sheets were returned 6/5/25 and on 6/16/25 I got an email stating “we have already escalated your refund request to our management team for processing.“ it is 10/14/25 and we haven’t received a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SHEETS!!!! This company is not trustworthy or professional.

Love my grounding sheet and mat. I try to stay grounded as much as possible at home. 8-9 hours when i sleep and rest of the time with my mat. Cooking dinner on mat, watching tv on mat so yes as much as possible and love every second of it.

Horrible customer Service, false marketing promise
My experience with the customer service of Grounding Official has been horrible! Trusting their marketing promise for delivery within Europe taking 2-4 days I ordered the fitted sheet. Today is day 20 after I have ordered and paid for the product and it still has not arrived. I enquired numerous times via email. I do not get clear answers regarding the date of delivery but general jargon that seems to be generated by AI. My issue is not addressed and I do feel taken seriously. I requested my issue to be escalated to senior level of staff with no luck. This company seems very dodgy and I prefer if I could get my money back as I have lost all trust in their quality and integrity. Do NOT buy from them!

I purchased a grounding fitted sheet for $160 dollars based on the reviews that I read and I have not felt nor seen any difference and I sleep on the sheet daily. I am very dissatisfied and the company seems to be okay with not doing anything about my complaint. I will not purchase again !
