Got hit by AI scammers

If you want to give away your money please donate to some charity, but don't buy from these AI scammers.

You can't take action against them, because you don't know if they really exist. Even if you are successful in shutting them down, tomorrow they will pop up as some other company.

The best thing to do is do your due diligence. Check here: in scam detector websites.

Ai Scammers

***Update***
The Ai emails continue to arrive, totally ignoring my request to cancel.
SERIOUSLY DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND COMMUNICATE WITH A ROBOT.

I ordered before reading reviews. I immediately cancelled my order (within 11 minutes of ordering).
Two hours later, I received 2 emails sent at exactly the same time by Ai 'Sarah'.....from Hong Kong.
The first informing me that my order had been shipped.
The second informing me that due to high demand, my order would be delayed.
I reminded them that I had already cancelled before shipping.
Another email arrived to apologise for delayed shipping, but 'reassuring' me that my order is 'on it's way'.
I very much doubt I'll be refunded or receive the items.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, PLEASE READ REVIEWS AS I SHOULD HAVE DONE.

Avoid at all costs.....

Avoid at all costs.....
The sheet is useless.
I ordered a pen with the sheet not recieved.
Every email im told wait till the pen arrives. This is after I have asked for a refund numerous times.
I read reviews on the site and was great. I wish I came here first.
The site is very false.
Not a UK company.
I am taking this further. Its not as though its a cheap product that can be ignored.
Its a lot of money companies like this should not be allowed to sell. I am very annoyed at myself as I am normally very good with researching most companies.
Please please if you are reading this do not buy. Be willing to pay that little more from a genuine company.

Should have read ALL the reviews 1st…

I recently did a review where I thought it was great but since buying & sleeping on it I've experienced inflammation joint pain in joints not not painful before not sleeping well either. I was going to request a refund but after reading it's a no go if used decided I'd made a very expensive mistake and will use as an ordinary sheet not plugged in. So beware I hadn't realized it's a Chinese company so yes they promise every thing then let you down. Wish I'd read refund issues earlier.

So brought a grounding sheet so you can only contact them through Ai the delivery address was different from the billing soon as I got email tried to contact them it was wrong address 50 emails disgusting they said they contacted delivery Evri who are the worst in the world. So after 2 weeks of stress I never received the sheet and lost £132.90 do not use well natura or Evri there crap ive contacted my bank see if I can get my money back

Your review does not fully reflect what happened.

When your order was placed, the delivery address entered during checkout was your old address. We do not change or overwrite customer-entered addresses for security reasons, and orders are dispatched very quickly to avoid delays.

As soon as you contacted us, we immediately attempted to update the address with the courier. However, our logistics team confirmed that the parcel had already been shipped and the delivery address could no longer be changed. This was communicated to you multiple times.

According to the courier’s tracking records, the parcel was successfully delivered to the exact address you originally provided during checkout.

We understand how frustrating it is when a parcel goes to an old address, but we do feel it’s important to acknowledge that the address was supplied by yourself at the time of order, not by us.

Our team genuinely tried to help in every possible way within the limits of what the courier allows. We are always here to support our customers and resolve issues fairly.

After having placed a previous order for a grounding fitted sheet which arrived without a hitch and is fantastic I ordered a Black Friday bundle of 2 grounding mats and a pillowcase. This order took far longer to arrive. One of the mats was for my father's birthday but did not arrive in time. I did have communication throughout from the company, though it was sometimes contradictory, first saying that my order was in my area then another saying that it had only reached the airport in its country of origin. But overall customer service is attentive and the products are fantastic. I will buy from Wellnatura again and would recommend others to do so too.

Staying away from this company.

Well, was just about to order a sheet as a review site suggested this company was the best out of 5. Well from reading the reviews if this is the best company does not say much for the rest of the them. No refund if you use it, no refund for wrong size. No uk return address.
Thankfully I checked these independent reviews before committing.

Do not buy from them…

Don't order from this company if you would like your goods. Basically, I ordered a king & 2 pillow cases, then added on a double as it was discounted at check out, in August. I recieved the king & 2 pillowcases around 4 weeks later. This company is in china or somewhere, definitely not the uk. Sarah is AI, promises to resolve and doesnt. I have claimed refund via bank as the customer services is rubbish, so at least i have a refund for the missing sheet. The sheet I got seems to be ok but really not sure if works.

Not for me.. waste of money

I bought a grounding sheet a couple of months ago... I have used it every night and found no benefit whatsoever! In fact, I sleep better without it on! Wasted money on the pen which lights up whether the sheet is switched on or not! A disatisfaction refund can only be given if the product is UNUSED .. and in original packaging! So how can you know if you are dissatisfied i e that it doesn't work without trying it!! Do not buy... waste of money!

Very helpful grounding products for my insomnia

I can say that this bedsheet and grounding mat is a game changer for my insomnia. I have been using this for 4 months (almost) and I have been really consistent to it. I use the mat while watching or just simply when lounging and bed sheet when in the bed. Also their support team is really nice and helpful to my questions. I am very anxious at first but I do believe when you are consistent you wilk be able to achieve the wellness you need. Only downside for me is it took almost 2 weeks to be delivered overall it is legit for me. This was a gift to me from a friend from a London and I love it.

Avoid

The fit of the sheet is very poor, although it gives the size for a king size bed the actual sheet is a lot bigger, impossible to get to fit properly. Dispite the 90 day refund offer I found it was impossible to acutally get the company to accept a return for refund, they will not accept a refund request for a sizing issue.
I would advise that nobody should buy from this company.

The King Size (150cm x 200cm) follows the UK standard measurement, but we understand that mattress depths and variations can sometimes cause differences in fit. Many customers find that using bed sheet clasps or corner straps helps keep the sheet securely in place for a more snug fit.

Seem to be legitimate and responsive to queries

At first confusing as their replies went to my spam folder and so I thought they were being tardy in responding. But no, responses were there in a timely manner. ‘Sarah’ was very helpful with follow up on delayed shipping. The courier was also quite good with their notifications. Now we wait to see if it makes any difference

First of all thanks to Sarah who helped me get the correct size for my bed and fixing the address issue. I've been using the sheet for around 2 months now and I was so skeptical to use this but turns out it really helpful with my sleep. i wasn't feeling any different on my first 2-3 weeks to be honest and thankfully I listened to Sarah to keep using it and allowing myself to have more skin contact on the grounding sheet it kind of feel weird at first as you can feel some sensation but I've got used to it and my husband is also loving the product. I'm sorry for this long review. just want to express how happy I am being in the midst 30's.

Avoid – Misleading UK Website and Awful Returns Process

I ordered two grounding sheets and two grounding mats from WellNatura after finding their .co.uk website, which appears to be a UK company selling in GBP. The products that arrived were poor quality and not as described.

When I contacted them to return the items, I was told I could either keep them for a 30% refund or pay £30–£50 to return them to China - despite the site being UK-branded. They later admitted in writing that they have no UK return address and that all returns must be sent to China.

This is completely unacceptable and misleading to UK consumers. It’s also a breach of UK Consumer Law. I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my card provider to recover my money.

Be warned - this company is not what it appears to be, and returning items is made deliberately difficult.

UPDATED: Reply to the business 23.10.25:

Thanks for the reply, Michelle - but let’s be honest: your message doesn’t actually address anything I raised. It’s the same generic script used to make your business sound legitimate while avoiding the real issue.

Here’s the truth for anyone reading this: WellNatura is not a UK company. Their own “Return Policy” page shows the business is registered in Hong Kong (Happy Cart Limited, RM 509 5/F THE CLOUD 111, HK) - yet they trade under a .co.uk website, price everything in GBP, and write in UK English. That gives the clear impression they’re a UK-based business, which is misleading to UK consumers and potentially breaches UK consumer protection law.

The “returns” policy itself is just as deceptive. It vaguely says customers are “responsible for their own shipping costs” without clearly stating that returns must be sent to China until after you’ve paid. And for the record, “just because you write a returns policy” it doesn’t allow you to circumvent or attempt to circumvent UK Consumer Law when you’re selling through a UK-facing website.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK customers have clear rights:

- Goods must be of satisfactory quality
- You have 14 days to cancel for any reason
- Retailers must make returns practical and proportionate for UK customers

Forcing buyers to pay £30–£50 to ship items back to China - to a company pretending to be UK-based - is not “policy,” it’s obstruction.

Their “90-day satisfaction guarantee” sounds generous, but it’s just marketing spin that quietly replaces your real legal protections with their own terms - another red flag.

So no, Michelle, stating something on your website doesn’t make it lawful or transparent. What WellNatura is doing is misleading, non-compliant, and unfair to UK customers.

Anyone considering buying from this company - don’t. You’ll be dealing with poor-quality products, vague refund promises, and an overseas return process designed to make you give up.

I have not received my order

I have not received my order, same as other people, orders mid September 2025, the telephone is not a real number when you ring. Also AI generated emails saying it is delayed. Asked for a refund but I don't keep my hopes up to be honest. I am very glad I only ordered a little mat to begin with.
