Patronising and unhelpful. Customer service is non-existent. You'd better be sure you are buying the correct license, and even then the descriptions are so vague that you might end up with a product you cannot use.

Had a lot of problems, took over a week but looks like I got there in the end. With this sort of deal you can expect problems. All the same you don't expect that it should take almost a week to get your e mail to work.
I also tried to get my money back and to remove Office......I'll leave it to your imagination to work out what happend.
The end of the story is I got it installed.
