on Dec 2nd, I bought office 24 from Variakeys. i go confirmation of payment and readiness for download. but there is ony the ordering number, but not the key for downloading. despite several requests to their 'helpdesk' I received notorious automared messages announcing to contact me and explain how to download the office package etc. but nothing happens. never again, hands off!! We have bought several keys. It took a while for the download link to arrive, which was noticeably negative. The high point of the negativity was when 3 of the keys deactivated after 2-3 weeks. when i contacted support they said i had only bought one key. i then forwarded the activation codes and emails, what i got from them and proof of payment, as proof but no remedy. sad
I have ordered a product. Cost me 50 euros. Product is not delivered so far. No response over email, phone, and messages.
They claim 24/7 customer support, and product delivery in 5 minutes digitally. That is a lie.
They are scammers and frauds.... I also have reported them to the local authorities... Watch out!!!
