HIDES their cancellation page as hard as they can (is this not illegal in France?)
In fact they made cancelling so hard even after you find the page its useless, i just blocked my payments and sent a letter.
Immoral garbage company, I wish nothing but agony on everyone associated with it.
No consideration for internationals
They do not have considered for international people looking for a mobile plan in France

Impossible to subscribe to an eSIM…
Impossible to subscribe to an eSIM online, their payment endpoint is broken.
When called support, have been told to order a physical SIM (which I don't want and need) and then request an eSIM after the fact.
Why would I want to pollute with another piece of plastic and circuitry that I don't need, just because you can't fix the payment flow for eSIM purchases?

I never received my sim card and they activated my sim card remotely and on the delivery note it was written that my simcard had been delivered . I had to go to the post office in order to complain about not receiving anything.
I was upset as the post office told me to make my own enquiries and red sfr customer service is 100% digital.
I felt extremely upset.

Order cancelled by them for no reason
I Wanted to order a mobile plan with a phone deal. They got all my info for subscription, charged my card for the order and then sent an email that the order was cancelled without giving a reason or anything even though I provided all the information and everything is valid. I paid 200 euros and now I have to wait for them to send them back with no explanation whatsoever. That's practically stealing a short term loan.

Ok until there is a glitch…then it feels impossible to get help.
They will not accept any responsibility for their errors and blame the customer ´phone despite the fact that you have changed nothing since the days before when it was working.
So disappointed in this company.
It works well for a while and I forget the awful customer service but when you need them, it’s hopeless. This is the last time and I am walking.

I've had an incident and lost my internet connexion for half a day. I couldn't work or do anything online.
Another frustrated potential SFR customer
Yet another frustrated customer. Tried to set up an account on multiple tries in several different ways with different visa cards. Every long laborious detailed complicated online application attempt ended with payment refused. I had wanted to change from Free who have bumped up their monthly charge. My bank says all ok their side with the visa process so it seems to be a problem on the SFR side. Contacted SFR but although they said my application was good the banking payment was refused. Can't imagine how the SFR process could be so flawed such that they prevent new forfait applications. So much wasted time.

Unfortunately I had to quit Red by SFR…
Unfortunately I had to quit Red by SFR due to the double invoicing for 7 months.
I think their invoicing system is bugged, therefore the previous months’ invoice is accumulated for 7 months in my case.
I had contacted the service client and it was unhelpful as they keep saying that they are under investigation which never solved the issue. After 7 months, I have decided to switch the operator. There are much better offer available in the market

I wanted to make a "forfait sans engagement" for my phone. After I did the whole registration process, I was told that I have to send a 250 € deposit to confirm my order. A 250 € deposit for what??? This is clearly a scam company.

This is the most horrendous internet service out there. Internet is gone. Customer service is taking turns to shut the conversation down and send automated messages, basically there is no one to listen to you and the straight up tell you " sorry we can't help you " I mean you DONT HAVE THE OPTION TO SAY THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU CROOKS , YOU TOOK OUR MONEY YOU HAVE TO HELP. NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH BTW ABSOLUTELY NO ONE , So good luck if you want to get a connection and you are an English speaker. Their system has failed to generate and record our bill this month, we have received nothing from them and internet has already been cut off. Awesome company
