Very bad experience with Bouygues Télécom.
I was told over the phone that my out-of-plan charges were settled, but I still received a €120 bill, just because my phone was not in airplane mode.
Verbal promises from the advisors are not kept, and unexpected charges follow.
Definitely to be avoided.

Bad company as it is now
Bad company as it is now: doubtful business practice, massive overcharges for reasons unclear, extra payments demanded, awful customer service which is not helpful. Avoid !
Bouygues, start over, in an honest way.
I would give no stars if that were possible
I would give no stars if that were possible. I had no internet or phone line for 7 months after work was done in the road in readiness for fibre. Three appointments were made for a technician to come and fix it, but all three were a no show. There was no sense of urgency to fix my problem. There was a lot of shrugging and saying it wasn’t their fault. For the 7 months I was expected to pay the full amount. Eventually I got a 5g box. I thought this would cancel my dsl contract but it didn’t. I was expected to pay for both. I tried talking to the assistants in the Avranches shop but they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They became cross when I said I wanted to cancel. The company has continued to demand money from me even though they failed to provide the service I had signed up. They are now chasing me for 20€ and have passed me onto a debt service.
My advice would be to avoid them like the plague.
Do not buy an eSIM from Bouygues
Do not buy an eSIM from Bouygues. I bought one at the Relay store at Nice airport (this seemed reputable). It wouldn’t activate properly on my phone, so I went into the Bouygues store in Nice and they said that they had nothing to do with them and so couldn’t help me. Didn’t even try to take a look and see if they could figure it out. Went to the store in Menton as I was there a couple days later and they said the same and gave me a number to call. I called them and explained my problem in French (my French isn’t perfect but she understood me) and after around 7 minutes the call cut out. I was confused so call back. Started explaining my problem to someone again and they ended the call. So clearly they were only interested in selling me monthly plans and don’t care AT ALL about helping anyone who has bought an eSIM. So DO NOR BUY, they don’t care at all

Very poor service had engineers to the property over five times
They are not prepared to repair the line 10 meters to my house never had a proper reliable Wi-Fi service
Over priced and poor service
Charged even when equipment has been returned costing me 40€ in fuel to the nearest drop off point …
Beware of the small print of 60€ to disconnect your line
Would NOT recommend this provider
Awful customer service and doubtful…
Awful customer service and doubtful business practices, billing for services and options never requested, special deals not honoured and massive overcharges. Their invoices are almost impossible to decipher. I had been considering getting Bouygues Fibre if SFR disappears, but have now changed my mind. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.
The worst telecom provider
No assistance tel line provided on the site, no live chat, no English language support. Cancelling subscription appeared to be a problem.
Disgraceful F Bouygues NON service
I am at a loss to comprehend how the signal strength constantly changes from the same position here in Cote DAzur. I am always near and in the Nice area but connection is TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.
Also and MOST ANNOYING. WHY IS THERE NO CONNECTIVITY EVEN WHEN SIGNAL STRENGTH IS AT MAXIMUM 5 bars. Mon Dieu.
I am paying 8 euro per DAY back to my provider in Australia for them to allow me to access F Bouygues here in France. FOR WHAT?... I GET NOTHING...IN FACT MANY TIMES ALL AROUND THE MAJOR ROAD AND BUS ROUTES BETWEEN NICE, THE NICE AIRPORT AND CAGNES SUR MER....I AM WARNED..EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY...THIS IS NOTHING BUT A MONEY GRABBING DISGRACE...SHAME ON THE FRENCH GOVERNMENT TO ALLOW.
Customer service is scummy
Customer service is scummy, refused to downgrade my internet plan once my phone contract ended, making changing the operator the only option to not pay 50€+ monthly, for a plan that i finally got with 8,99€ with another operator. 0 care about customer retention, absolute money sharks!
If I could give it -5 stars I would
If I could give it -5 stars I would. I don't even know how such a business can keep any customers. I just went through hell with them. I'm reporting a total outage from.my home Internet for the second time and they are requesting to call me. Well if the internet is not working then the phone is down as well. On top of that if I call from my mobile then they can't transfer me to the right department. I then ended going to the store and they couldn't also do anything in the store. On the end I went to free and changed my number and also cancelled my subscription with them all together. There is no way to get anything resolved at all. Please stay away overpriced for the lowest service ever seen in today's world.
Never ever come back to this company…
Never ever come back to this company again, pay for 1gb download and I have 25mb for almost 2 years, asked them to do something they didn't, ask them to do a discount nop, cancelled the contract 70£ to pay. Haha it's a joke.
I purchased an E sim for my trip to Scotland that never worked
I purchased an E sim for my trip to Scotland. I followed the instructions and when I arrived in Scotland, I received a text from Bouygues Telecom that it was activated and my number. It never worked. I used a Pixel 7 with roaming activated for the card as instructed. the E sim never worked the whole time i was in Scotland. lucky I never activated roaming on my home sim as my daughter traveling with me was using an Iphone and hers never worked but she got charged roaming fees from home and some how her sim card from home doesn't work now.
Completely useless
Completely useless, app does not work ever. The line never works abroad. Customer service non existent. They should be embarrassed.
Scammer
First, they asked me 300€ to open a mobike line with then. Then, their services was under everything (8Mbps for a 5G connexion). Then, once you retract, they wait until don't know what to refund you. Oh, and first, they promise to refund you your whole 300€, 5 days later, it's only the part that wasn't use... in one words, it's like Canadian administration : you better try your luck with nigerian Prince e-mail, it's safer than this type of company.
Update : so, line cancelled the 25th of june. We are the 21st of july, and still, no refund. Bouygues is litterally stealing me 264€. When you ask the guest service, that you can't call anymore, they answer : "oh, it will come in 7 to 10 days". Incredible. And still no proof, so they are lying, and are stealing my money. If you are in the same situation, contact as soon as possible the ARCEP and the DGCCRF. Two french organisms who can fine such rogue conpagnies.
Light fingered?
From requesting broadband to getting it installed was great.
But I discovered a valuable item missing when the engineer left. I have searched everywhere. There was no one else in the house.
I am extremely disappointed
Bad service, bad compagny
I had an internet subscription without obligation for more than seven years. First they bill me 3€/month extra for a service that I had not asked for and that I could not get rid of even after complaining and then when I canceled and after returning the equipment to their boutique they also billed me a cancellation fee of 69€. Complaining does not help. Company to avoid.
Paid for a month with no connection
Paid for almost a month when I had no connection. The person on the phone from bouygue told me they had no record of that.
Absolute shxte is the best way to…
Absolute shxte is the best way to describe the Bouygues experience. I’ve been without a connection for 3 weeks despite numerous calls, texts, and several visits. Good intentions with zero results and I’m still paying for a service that I’m not getting. I’m now going to try and cancel the contract after contacting an advocate to manage the inevitable fallout. Stay clear of Bouygues.
