Ive got defective cabinet. Ask them for refund. Nobody answer calls, and didnt call back, wrote them to email. No answer ,only asked me for pictures and then dissapeared. Cost me 80eu. Not cheap for this broken cabinet. Dont recommend!

Bought a metal shed and the instructions were fit to be used as toilet paper only. I wish i had listened to another reviewer who said the same, but the price and the size were right.
Holes in the wrong places, random hole in the wall, numbered piece thats not in the instructions, unclear tiny pictures for instructions. You assemble it then the next page makes you deassemble in order to assemble the next part Etc etc. the stress it has caused is immense.
I messaged vidaxl directly and they wouldnt help despite it being them that made it. ‘You need to go to wayfair.’ Rubbish.
So i spoke to wayfair who obviously had no clue. Vidaxl should have helped.

I bought several items, which were mostly OK given the price. I wanted to return a part of the order, though - 4 foldable garden chairs that were not THAT cheap, which turned out to be too small for an average grown-up to comfortably sit on. Given the complete lack of instruction on how to return an order, I contacted the support through chat, and they reassured me that I would receive an email with a shipping label and further instructions in the next 12 hours. That email never arrived, even after the follow-up the next day. I am now unable to return the product since I don't have a return address to which I should send it, and thus cannot receive a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I had to open a case through PayPal, and given all the hassle and trouble, I won't give another chance to this company in the future.
Update: They did sort it out eventually, but it took countless back-and-forths or no response at all. Lack of communication is unacceptable.

I’ve purchased 2 x side tables. Both the same item, in mango and gold/brass.
The items arrived promptly (a little delayed by Storm Amy) and I got down to business of opening and building.
Unfortunately, I’d been sent two different items, one was correct and the other was the same style of table but with black/charcoal legs.
I promptly engage with their chatbot which directs me to email and I did receive a fairly swift response asking me for SKU numbers and photos of the “incorrect” item. I dealt with this immediately, sending everything they requested over. One would think it’s a simple solve, right? Send me one correct item, like I ordered and take back the one you sent me in error. Apparently not. They need to “consult with their quality department to get the most accurate answer to my question”. I don’t have a question. Send me what I ordered and take back what didn’t!
I note there are a LOT of bad reviews when it comes to returns and refunds. I didn’t order this table, I won’t be paying to return it and I want what I paid for. I don’t want to expend energy on this, but I will.
Update 7 October: was contacted overnight and asked to send all the same info again 🤦♀️. Not sure if it’s incompetence or stalling. Brutal customer service either way.
Update 6 October: Catalin completely turned this around. Kudos. I have upgraded the stars from one to three purely as a result of his approach to resolving this problem.

I purchased a wooden planter and a plastic planter over 4 months ago. The plastic planter was fine but the wooden planter could not be assembled as the bolts did not screw in & parts of the wood had not been painted. I complained, showed them a video of the product showing the defects but they refused to refund me as they would not pay for the item to be returned. Instead they said that I could purchase other items to the value. However, after I requested items, they increased the prices and refused to send them to me as the products are now slightly over the limit. Their customer service bot kept cutting me off and their email customer service is slow and does not meet their own timescales.

Average quality although probably expected for the price. I bought a wooden desk top which looks nice but somewhat unrefined so there are a few cracks and a couple of places where I need to sand it down as my clothes get caught on it. I also bought table legs to go with it which came with no instructions and I could not work out how to attach them so that the desk top is secure. However I have rated with 4 stars as I can not praise enough the excellent and quick customer service.

I contacted VidaXL to ask if there was any way to speed up the delivery of a stroller, as my cat is very unwell and I wanted to take her out for a stroll while I still could. The first reply felt generic and left me disappointed.
However, after posting my review, a team member reached out to sincerely apologise, which I really appreciated. Their follow-up was thoughtful and genuine, and it’s clear the company does care about its customers

I can't believe this is a functioning company, tried to cancel an order within minutes, they've delivered to an address that we no longer occupy, and are unable to access. Unable to effectively answer emails or make any contact with staff at all. Avoid!!!

Stop using cheap carriers. I was given a 2 hour time slot by Yodel which delivery failed. A second 2 hour time slot where delivery failed and a request for address on final day of delivery. Asked to contact courier without being provided with the necessary details for courier. Hung up on by customer services of the courier. Delivery will be reattempted with the same delivery details...

Absolutely shocking experience I’ve had with this company. I bought a metal cabinet for storage there was a part missing, so I am now left with half of cabinet built. I contacted the customer services to which I was told that it was nothing to do with them and I had to go through the middle platform that I bought it through can’t get in touch with those so that’s it. I have a wardrobe that is incomplete total waste of money unless. Not recommend.

Ordered an EU single bed frame, well priced and delivered on time but overall quality is dire, missing key screws so had to improvise and many areas requiring an overwhelming amount of screws which is evidence that overall it is a poor design.. one part needed 84 screws as they requested in the instructions… Having built many bed frames this is an absurd amount, then further into the build another 48 screws needed to be put in..

Prices are great and the x2 products I ordered are lovely quality, it's just a shame there is no free return option, as I had to order both to see quality/colour etc but now it would cost me half the cost of the item to return 🤷♀️ so I'll probably end up keeping it

I bought one of their steel cabinets and although purchase and delivery were fine, the instructions were unbelievably confusing to the point where we have not been able to assemble it. The measurements are off and actually, the quality of the product is pretty poor.
Although it’s cheaper to purchase, the wasted man hours trying to assemble it were not worth it.

Unfortunately, my item arrived infested with woodworm which was pretty shocking, and I can only hope it’s not spread in my house. Organising a refund was difficult and I was met with many irrelevant and unhelpful responses before threatening a bad review, which successfully got the refund process going.
The item itself would have been adequate and as expected had it not been full of tiny bugs🤢
