Hello, I would like to share with very bad experience of the customer service of the VIdaXL. I bought 2 times trapmatten (carpet parts for stairs) on 17th of September 2025 and on 25th of September 2025. Unfortunately the color and texture of the "Lunas" carpet (trapmatten in Dutch) were not what I like, If return of the package from 17th of September 2025 was very easy and quick after chat with bot& agent I received return labels. For the purchase from 25th of September 2025 I already made 3 attempts to receive return labels for the 2nd package: 2 of October, 3rd of October and 7th of October) and still did not receive it yet, I received only 3 transcript sof my conversation with bot/agent with promise to send within 12 hours the return labels. Tomorrow 14 days notice of receiving of package will expire clearly VidaXL customer service playing tricks to delay their answer until 14th days notice of return package will be expiring. It is my essential right as European customer to be able to return the good in due time and it is very bad that the EU laws are being neglected and bad tricks are played.

I placed an order for a TV unit, but it arrived without the legs. I had to wait for the missing parts, and then they said they would resend the whole item — but they only sent half of it.
When I contacted them again, they claimed the remaining parts were out of stock. Really? Out of stock?
After I wrote a review about this experience, they reached out and promised to send the missing legs if I removed my comment. I agreed, but guess what? They never sent them.
So, if you’re thinking of ordering anything from them — don’t bother. It’s just a waste of money.

I had a problem with bartafel, was very bad quality. I make not nice opinion, because I was very angry and unhappy. VidaXL send me money back and workers from Vida was very helpful. Maybe meubel was not nice, but found solution and speak with me from Vida worker, is satisfactory and helpful.
I strongly advise against using this online store. They sell poor-quality goods and their customer service is appalling.
I ordered sunshades with declared UV protection. Apart from the fact that they first sent me a different shade and surprisingly refused to acknowledge their mistake for a long time, the shades I finally received literally fell apart after 3 months in the sun. When I try to complain, they keep offering me the same tarps as a replacement... probably so that they will fall apart again in three months and we can have another pleasant exchange of emails. We are now up to about 20 emails, and I don't understand why they think it's worth the 50 Euros or so.
Once the BOT was out of the equation they were fantastic. I bought a dog carrier and 1 piece was missing, unfortunately they couldn't replace it. The BOT offered some money back, I explained you couldn't purchase the part even with the money. I was transfered to a person. They didn't hesitate to send me a whole new dog carrier FREE of charge AND I kept the other parts. I DID read these reviews prior to purchase and was sceptical, but once I by passed the bot they were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and IN MY EXPERIENCE they dont justify a poor rating that they have. I can only thank them for making this purchase not without a small problem, but with a PERFECT outcome to me.
I recently purchased some blind rollers from this shop, and it has been nothing but a frustrating experience. The product itself was subpar, but that’s not even the worst part. When I decided to return them, the process was an absolute nightmare! The return method was so convoluted and costly that it felt like I was being charged almost the same amount as the original purchase. I’m furious! I will never shop here again and strongly advise others to steer clear if you value your time and money. Save yourself the headache!

Placed an order via b&Q with VidaXl. Outstanding customer service received. Did not expect the promptness of replies made by this company. Dealt with my matter efficiently and effectively. Will defo recommend and buy from here again.
I ordered via another marketplace (obi.de). I never got emails from either companies about my order details and status of delivery. The product was sent back without even telling me that they tried to deliver but didnt meet anybody. I called the customer service 10 times, each person told sth different about the status, system seamed to be totally broken.

Products of very questionnable quality (2 out of 2).
The return process is an administrative obstacle course - very unfriendly way of doing business.

Very disappointing experience with vidaXL. For my business order (order number 0031008617814), I was promised a VAT refund. Despite multiple emails with customer service and repeated assurances that it would be handled, three months have now passed. Suddenly, they refuse to process the refund because it is “too late,” even though this was never mentioned anywhere. Refusing to honor a rightful refund is unprofessional and unreliable.

I purchased a tent which was poor quality. It broke on the first night using it. However, when contacting the company to explain what happened they were more than happy to give me a full refund which I put towards a new tent. So for that I give 3 stars. Poor quality item but good customer service.

Really regret not reading the reviews before buying 2 bedside cabinets at a total cost of £280 which I may aswell have put down the drain.
They were terrible quality, the wood hadn't been painted white properly, chips in it and then when decided to try and put it together anyway, none of the drawers line up so its unusable. I know it's not an error on my side as I've lost even more money paying a joiner to try and put them together.
Contacted them to request a return and refund and I'm being completely ignored.

I ordered a table on 5th August. It was supposed to be delivered to me on 7th August because I had guest coming on 9th August. Today is 20th August, and the table has not yet arrived. Neither I know about its where-being, nor am I able to track it.
This is one of the most unprofessional and misleading thing I have ever encountered.

we got a sitting bench, LITERALLY ADVERTISED AS SITTING BENCH, my wife who is 60kg sat on it and it broke, it was still under warranty so we have contacted to them and they offered 16 euro voucher ahahaha, the product is 169 and it is under warranty
