Love this system - so glad my town has a Vinted point. It seems much quicker than other services.

Bad service.
Delivery is very slow.
Tracking does not work. More than a week later, it still only shows the initial information.
Vintedgo also charges shipping costs, but should offer free delivery due to the lack of service.

Customer service is nonexistent, only AI answers. Delays after delays with no communication. Waiting for my package for three weeks now with no updates after the package was dropped off to the package point by the sender.

I used it to ship a €24 cap, followed all the instructions, and deposited the parcel properly into one of their lockers no errors, no alerts. A few days later, I was told the locker was “empty” and that the parcel was never sent.
Vinted Go then claimed, without proof, that I either didn’t drop it off or did it incorrectly which is completely false. I’ve been a trusted Vinted seller since 2021 with over 40 positive reviews and never had a problem until using Vinted Go.
It’s clear their locker systems or collection process has serious technical flaws, especially during high-traffic periods like summer and sellers are paying the price.
Avoid Vinted Go if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Use Mondial Relay or La Poste instead at least they know how to scan and pick up a parcel.
Delivery issue not resolved correctly

Avoid vinted go
Vinted now owns Vinted Go, but that doesn’t mean they take any accountability. I’ve had several packages go missing with Vinted Go – sometimes marked as delivered, sometimes lost in transit – and each time Vinted refuses to help. They hide behind vague policies and push the blame onto users, even though it’s their own shipping service!
It’s outrageous that a platform this big can get away with such poor service and zero responsibility. If something goes wrong, you’re left on your own – no refund, no item, no support.
Avoid Vinted Go at all costs, and be very cautious with Vinted as a whole.
Absolutely abysmal, if anything goes wrong, forget about getting your parcel or the money back
Abysmal, and I have lots of bad experiences with DHL, UPS, DPD, PostNL, you name it. This is, so far, the worst of it.
I have sold a small phone holder via Vinted for 15 euros. My buyer just forgot to collect the parcel (also nice), so they started the return process.
I was following updates. It took a long time but when I saw "Out for delivery", I was waiting. Nothing, no usual "Your parcel is waiting for pickup at (name of the point)."
So I checked.
They delivered it to the wrong pickup point in a completely different place.
Well, the package kept travelling, so I still had hope. Another "Out for delivery." Nothing again. Then Vinted has cancelled the transaction and issued money back to the buyer while I had nothing, neither the cash nor my product.
So I have finally written to them, all pissed off.
"Well, you have to contact Vinted Go directly; your parcel is in the warehouse and will be there only for a few more days, *so you'd better hurry*."
Do you know what they did? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID?
They have delivered the parcel to the *completely wrong pickup point*. Then they picked it up after a few days, and instead of fixing their mistake and moving it to the pickup point in my village, where I had dropped it off, like a normal shipping company, they just *took it straight to their warehouse, for me (without a car) to pick it up*.
They were not issuing ANY notifications throughout this whole process, NONE, NADA, ZILCH. Had I not checked myself, I would still be waiting.
Vinted told me to write to the shipping company handling Vinted Go. The shipping company told me to write directly to Vinted. It's July 26th now, and I'm pretty much certain my parcel is gone, and I'm not getting back my money. All the tracking data is just erased from the system after merely a month(!).
It's an exploitative, vicious service, as if just tailored for avoiding responsibility after selling the service, in my opinion.
Avoid at all costs.
