I waited a whole week for my package. When I decided to reach out to them, I first tried to email — but couldn’t find any email address. Then I tried to submit a report on their website, but the system wasn’t working.
After that, I had to look up their phone number and contact customer service (they were nice, so that’s a plus — I even considered not writing this review because of them).
However, when they finally located my package after three days and it was ready to be delivered, I received an email saying that the pickup point I had chosen no longer existed.
There were no other pickup points in or near my city, so I had to travel an hour and a half to collect my package.
Very disappointing experience overall.

Unable to download the Mondial Relay App on The App Store
I ordered a product online and received an email from the selle to track on Mondial Relay my delivery. However, when I clicked on the link to download the IOS app, it said “this app is not available in your country”. Apparently you can only download the French version of the app if you are on the french store.
This is a very poor choice. Customers who shop across borders should be able to track their parcels easily without having to switch app stores or jump through technical hoops. It makes the whole process unnecessarily frustrating and unprofessional for an international service.
Mondial Relay should fix this and provide a proper multilingual / multi-country app so that customers in Belgium (and elsewhere) don’t face this problem.

You have to do their job for them
You have to do their job for them. When your parcel stops moving for days on end, as it almost always does, you have to waste loads of time contacting them to make them find it again. Sometimes this takes weeks. If not, they won't do anything, because they are not bothering to track parcels or identify issues.
My parcel was out for delivery last week, but of course, as always, the relay was unavailable so I had to choose another one, and now the parcel is stuck somewhere.
This happens EVERY TIME a relay isn't available.
There are suspicious 5-star reviews being left by people who, in every other review they leave, they write a long comment, but for MR they put one word, almost like they're being incentivised to do it. I don't know anyone who doesn't hate Mondial relay, and I have constant problems every time I use them (which sometimes I do because Vinted obliges it, or people don't read my instructions not to use Mondial).
This company is a total joke and the sooner they disappear the better.

I ordered through Vinted and selected a pickup point in Amsterdam. Mondial then informed me that the pickup point was closed and, instead of choosing another location nearby, they dropped my package in a completely different city — 25 km away.
When I called customer service, I was told they had no possibility to send the package back to Amsterdam. The advice? “Just don’t pick it up.” I pointed out that transport costs had already been paid — the agent said I could get those back from Vinted, which is simply not how it works.
But the real issue: I want my package, not just a refund. When I asked for escalation to someone who could help, I was told no, that she was “just following protocol.” If the protocol means leaving customers without their package and without help, that’s unacceptable.
Finally, when I asked for her name (which she gave very reluctantly) and the complaints email address, she cut off the call.
This is not just poor service, it’s complete lack of accountability.

My parcel is being late for 13 days. To my questions the only answer I got is that we cannot help.

My package was roughly stuffed into a locker box that was half the size of the original package. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
Don’t deliver the parcel
If you want your parcel just traveling around country during 10 days after arriving but not be delivered to you, even though you paid extra for urgent delivery - use this goddamn service.

Can be annoying when they deliever a package at a completely different pick up spot with NO NOTICE. But it happens rarely and overall the service is satisfying

The service of this company is so bad, it is really ridiculous.
Already 2 shipments that is lost in a short time. All is shipped from the Netherlands to Belgium.

In total, I sent four packages to this company in my lifetime. Of course, 4 lost and not delivered. The worst carrier company.
