Fast delivered

Fast delivered. The driver who delivered the package want to leave quickly. Cause he thought that no one was home. But I suffer from a brain stroke. And I not so fast as I used to be. So beside that my wife was upstairs and she must come down first to take the parcel. Even from upstairs my wife is faster then me. So I appreciate if the drivers take a little more time. But we receive the package in perfect shape.

Not satisfied

I am not satisfied about how GLS Netherlands delivered this week and last week. First of all for the package received last week, the plastic bag containing my order was ripped open, one article was removed = stolen and then the bag was poorly sealed again. Then I still don't understand why GLS gives the possibility to the receipient to select a delivery date when actually it's not even taken into consideration. This happened to me for both this week's delivery and last week's delivery: I selected a date which was later than the expected delivery date and yet my preference was not taken into consideration at all. Poor service.
