Received pre-departure eTicket and it states "see information below for pick up point information" - there is no pick up point information on the eTicket?
Also booked 1 small cabin bag and a standard backpack - eTicket says "luggage allowance 1 suitcase" - so now fretting about having to haggle with or being overcharged by a driver for an "extra bag", all in a country that I've never visited before and travelling alone for the first time. Nightmare - thanks a million Hoppa!
Have tried to call and whatsapp and it's bot and automated reply nonsense - now contemplating canceling my trip as don't fancy starting the holiday stressed out at the airport.
I'd say avoid this company as they clearly don't give a hoot about making your journey a smooth and hassle-free one. They even use AI bots to reply to Trust Pilot reviews - it's hilarious really some of the replies the bot has posted to disgruntled customers - then they ignore all the 1 star reviews.
Insane business model - take your money then send eTickets that are missing information and with a completely different luggage allowance to what you booked. Certainly will not be using them for our Xmas trip to the Canaries - NEVER AGAIN!

I was very wary about booking a taxi from Malaga to Puerto Banus. Previously I’ve used public transport but this time was travelling with 5 family member so wanted the transfer to be faster and easier. I booked via Hoppa and accepted the ride from Elife. I was expecting the worst as I’d not been advised where to meet the driver and despite calling the company had not received the promised meeting instructions. At nearly £200 for a return trip it could have been a costly error.
However immediately on landing I was contacted by the driver who sent a video to show where to meet him plus a photo inc registration of the vehicle. He was courteous and his mini bus was spotless with ample room for 6 adults and luggage. The return journey was just a simple. I would have not hesitation to recommend this company.

Couldn't find my taxi driver for an hour and a half after I landed. I had no Internet and my phone had no signal to ring customer service or the driver. It was a very difficult situation to be in and I was upset and frustrated as it was my first time booking with you and also my first time abroad by myself. It would be good if you had a representative near the gates or someone holding my name it would have made things so easy and because of this delay I got to the hotel very late too.

I got the upgrade to make my booking refundable. But when I cancelled it turned out there are only very specific situations that applies and even though I should have qualified because I was sick, they still rejected my refund application because I didn't get a doctor's note before the shuttle (as it was the weekend) but only the next day (Monday). Waste of money to upgrade.
They promote it well! In a website is written that all the flights been monitored so in case of delays they know exact pickup time etc, the promise is to wait you at the exit of the airport with your name ,sounds simple right? I thought so too as I was travelling alone (female) and my plain landed after midnight!
First of my plane was delayed for half an hour. I still called them to notify (even tho they said they monitor the flights). The guy on customer service told me there is no problem They KNOW coz they MONITOR the flights. When I arrived my driver was not there. After when I reached out to a customer service, they told me to go to Starbucks and wait him there. He arrived after one hour after,and apology was an excuse that it’s Sunday and a bad traffic and that my flight was delayed (which they knew 5h in advance) .
Plus they ask so high price for this shitty experience. While I was waiting I asked how much it would be at the nearest taxi point and it would be less than a half of what they asked!
Not to mention the confusion in phone nr and who to call. After booking my ride they sent me number of my driver, but when I tried to reach him, the nr replied he is not the driver🫠 I was so mad at that point! Do not recommend

Never again! The worst company I've ever used! The driver didn't pick me and my family up. It was so stressful and painful, it's indescribable. Miraculously, we made our flight. Now I'm trying to get a refund; contacting them is terrible! I don't recommend them!

I could not book 2 people on the shuttle, I had to book twice.
Good experience. Driver was on time and waited patiently whilst we made our way to the location.
Driver offered water and the trip to the airport was very smooth.
Would definitely use again and recommend 🙂

Log in stuck repeatedly at the security phone number stage with the continue button not working. Reported it to Hoppa and a week later it is still not fixed.
Also screen often goes into spinning mode.
Response is 'use the app' I don't want to be 'forced' by Hoppa to use their app. I have booked many times with Hoppa but am looking at other sites now.
