Jack (JA7) was great. He was natural, showed patience and helpful. Better than someone being overly polite, false and like a robot. Unfortunately, the revision on my policy for the renewal, which was a slight change of job, made a huge difference to the cost which Jack had no authority to do anything with - also, we were both patience trying to fit into a job category that didn't seem to exist on his system - really liked Jack, just not the price.
Brilliant service. Kept up to date with order progress on line. Got a call before delivery and a time window in the morning Washing machine swap happened without a hitch Best bit was that the machine was in stock and could be delivered the next working day.
I highly recommend purchasing from this site. The images are accurate and the quality excellent. I ordered a size 10 and its a perfect fit. I had reason to communicate with the company - super efficient and friendly Oh, and the goods were dispatched very quickly

Highly recommend Avanti for cover, price and ease of booking. I haven't had to claim so cannot comment on support during an issue. I was able to get a discount on the product so overjoyed. Booked with them last year so they must be remaining to be competitive
I never knowingly signed up for a membership nor would I chose to. I am disgusted that so many of us have been auto enrolled or conned and there is no change on the website. The company is refusing to refund the payments due to their policy and are ignoring the issue with the fact that I never chose to sign up and they are breaching the laws for online and distance selling.
I discovered money had been taken from my account so investigated, found the debits and then cancelled, far too late. I would strongly recommend that the company refund people as a gesture of goodwill, update their website and not auto enrol - otherwise, no one will ever buy from them again. I am still disgusted - its theft - PLEASE REFUND ME

When you are a member of Luxplus a monthly membership fee of 8,99 GBP has been deducted from your account. You become a member when you chose to purchase products for our membership prices and accepted the terms and conditions of a membership
The 30 first days of membership are free of charge, thereafter the membership will continue automatically for a fee of 8,99 GBP per month until you cancel it.
It is stated in several places on Luxplus.co.uk that the membership prices are only for members and that one becomes a member when purchasing products for membership prices. It is stated for example on the starting page, next to every product, under the section “subscription” and “terms”. As a customer you actively have to choose whether you want to buy a product for membership price or normal price. Under the membership price we inform that you start a membership when you purchase a product for a membership price. A membership is also added to your shopping cart when you purchase products for membership prices for the first time. Furthermore, you have received a confirmation to your email with information about your membership when you placed your first order.
I am sorry if you have not seen this and misunderstood our concept, but we do not issue refunds for membership, as we give able information about the membership.

I like the fact that I was able to order 1200L bags, that two were discounted (competive and only found one other place cheaper for this quality of product). The delivery company and driver was on time, pleasant and delivered with care.... The product itself looks great... and since have purchased again
I can't criticise the company at all. The products are of good quality, including the packaging. There are product reviews on a really nice website so you can help choose. You also get a number of offers and discounts which helps as these type of products aren't cheap. They have also introduced a subscription discount for loyalty

I love most of the products on this site. In fact, I have bought many and only wouldn't repurchase one as it's not close enough to the 'real thing' (mayo). I am super impressed with the syrups (i.e. maple), the flavour drops and some of the sauces like tomato and piri piri.... products are well packaged (sturdy bottles, great sizing), nicely designed etc. Delivery is speedy and the company send out offers regularly so you can occasionally get a bargain or free delivery. This company has become my first choice, as products are desirable, well priced and great quality.

Spoke to Jamie Pope via the advertised telephone line. Got through straight away, he established the issue within seconds and fixed the issue, communicating with me throughout in a matter of about 10 mins. Very happy with the service.
Fantastic service Booking easy SMS updates all the way to give you confidence your taxi will arrive Driver was punctual, polite and safe... No fuss Can make amendments on line to the booking App gives you a lot of information too and you can see where about your driver is and how long he will be when the taxi has been dispatched... Only downside, is that it was a few pounds more than I expected
I have experienced a similar issue as another buyer. I bought an item and shortly after, was told that the item was not in stock.
I chased when it was supposed to be due to make sure it was coming and again around the time that it did not come. I have chased the 'where is my order' email again as never received an update and have requested twice for a refund.
Two months is an unacceptable wait and I want my money back so I can purchase elsewhere.
After submitting the review, I received a response to state that I had been passed to the cancellation team.
everything that could have happened did happen they didn't send the equipment, when they did it didn't work, then I was promised I was switched on when I wasn't; the phone line dips in and out and they make out they need to send an engineer at a possible £50 - the internet is super slow and surprisingly, they send you an email asking you to upgrade - if you move house, they wish to charge you £65 for the privilege - and you also have to claim the cashback offered within a set amount of time or its too late - can't get through on the phone lines and the chats are never open - do not use this company - stay away is my advice

I ordered on line because the price was competitive, never having used this pharmacy before. As my product was a diet based product, I completed an online questionnaire.
I received status notifications and the goods arrived quickly.
There is nothing more I could have asked for.
I even received a discount voucher for my next shop as I was a new customer.
Of course, I will purchase again and do recommend this company to others.
