Pleasuable policy renewal with JE7
Rang to speak to a staff member to inform them that i had not received my renewal car quotation as expected.Spoke to a very nice & helpful lady who listend to my request & was able to go through all her requirements & my details with ease which ended with a renewal quote that i was pleased to accept. It was a pleasure to talk to JE7 & renew my policy.

Contacted via live chat as needed a change making on policy re renewal date coming up chat was with DB who was very helpful . Unfortunately I assume due to the change being made the cost increased☹️ but had decreased with other companies I had been quoted by .Shame as I have been with this company for a few years now.
Fantastic service
Just wanted to write a review (which i never do) as I have just had a conversation with "AG5" who was very friendly and pleasant to talk too. She was really helpful and recommended additional services. Although I didnt require these, it was good to know that they are available at any time I need them should I change my mind. Terrible communication platform.
I had an accident 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks after I renewed my insurance. Even though my insurance still had 2 more weeks to run. I was hit by an uninsured driver. The only contact I have had with one call since making the claim is them asking for an extra £240 due to a “undeclared claim” on a policy for a car I no longer have due to an accident I hadn’t had when I renewed my policy. They have shown no interest in my claim. Only in getting more money out of my for the next policy. You can’t contact them as every communication platform sends you back to a person who says “I can’t help with that you have to go through another platform” that platform just sends you back again. The worst experience I’ve had of insurance in 35 years

A novel experience for me
A novel experience for me: I renewed my car insurance with One Call for the second year. They came up with a cheaper quote even with additional cover. I waited about 10 minutes for a a chat operator to become available but he was helpful and made sure I had the correct policy. Many thanks to CH5
