My package showed up damaged and I reached out explaining the situation and the literal next morning I received an email back that they were sending me a replacement and apologized for the inconvenience. Great customer service, great products. I would recommend these guys to anyone

I’ve tried other fragrance companies and I have been disappointed every time. I found A.L.T on Social Media. I have purchased from A.L.T. a few times. I have never been disappointed with my purchases. The fragrances smell great and they are long lasting. It’s a quality product at a great price. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first order with ALT. There was a small error with the order once it was received but the speed in which they addressed my issue, the correspondence letting me know what they were going to do and hassle free process culminated into amazing customer service. The representative, Neha, was very responsive and resolved the issue I was having with shipping with ease! Although there was an issue with receiving my initial order, Neha made sure that my order was fulfilled.

I had a problem with my order, so I sent an email and was almost immediately contacted back. And they were able to fix my problem with my order. The only thing that they could improve on was one of the bottles leak and they wasn’t able to help me on that.

I have been shopping ALT fragrances for over a year. My absolute favorite is Cherry Smash. Others scents that I am greatly fond of are Goddess, Crystal No 23, and Simply Another. Their fragrances are made from quality products and do not give me a headache as I have a very sensitive nose. ALT has also provided excellent customer service to me. I highly recommend trying this company.

An item that was ordered was missing from the shipment. Support resolved the issue asap and is shipping out the missing item. Great customer service.

I received my order with four different bottles of perfume. One of the bottles had leaked and was almost empty. I emailed customer service and their response was almost immediate. They are sending me a replacement. I would tate their customer service as excellent.

I love my perfumes! I've ordered multiple times and they come in quick, smell like the originals, and last a long time. One time I had an issue with a missing item in my shipment and it they responded quickly to my email and got my missing item in the mail within 24 hrs after I contacted them. Highly recommend!

Farouche, Executive, and Crystal 23 are all very good. The atomizer on my Crystal 23 is leaking from a new bottle though, which is my only complaint. The atomizers aren't the greatest. Shipping time was ok. Compared to the real Creed Aventus, Executive is pretty spot on. Farouche is right there with Sauvage. I don't have a real bottle of MFK BR540 to compare to. I would buy these again.

Add said 5 fragances for $99 but never explained 3 bottles were 30ml and 2 were 60ml. This is tricking and dirty advertising and when you read the return policy in detail, you lose big time and you do not get your money back and luckily part of it after you spend you moneybin sending product back and theybtake away your moneynfor the original shipping. Furthermore, they give you store credit of they accept the product back. Definitely, I will never make bussiness with them any more and i will spread the word in the perfume comunity.
