I had an amazing experience shopping with Oakcha. I had an issue with a product and received an immediate response from support and the issue was resolved within hesitation. I have been shopping Oakcha for years and this is my first encounter with customer service for an issue and I felt supported and I would recommend and continue to shop with Oakcha.

Customer service experience was 10/10, extremely prompt and helpful. The perfumes?100/10. Exceeded my expectations!!!

Amazing fragrances that I bought as gifts and smell exactly like the original perfumes! They are affordable! And if you have any questions or issues they have an amazing, responsive customer service team! I’m so in love with the fragrances!!!!!

I follow Daniel Rene who gave a lot of great reviews on some of Oakcha's fragrances. I bought 5 scents. I loved them all, but one was not a scent I ordered, and while I did enjoy the scent, I really wanted the one I ordered. Contacting customer service could not have been easier and when I say the quick response, I mean QUICK! They were very helpful and they are sending out the correct scent. But like I said, all the scents were wonderful! I smell different every working day, with a lot of complements.

I have ordered 10 perfumes from here and they smell amazing. The last order I placed was missing a perfume (they sent me the wrong one) within 24 hours they responded and shipped out the correct perfume. Customer service is top notch. If you want beautiful smelling, luxury perfumes for a fraction of the cost I definitely recommend Oakcha.

I absolutely love Oakcha. Their scents are amazing! I recently placed an order for 2 additional scents to add to my ever growing obsession/collection. Upon receiving my order, I discovered one of the scents was incorrect and was not the item that I ordered. I emailed Oakcha support team on a Saturday evening and within a couple of hours received apologies for the incorrect shipment as well as information that the correct order was being sent. No drama, no offers of a discount for a future order as some companies would have done.

I really like the scents I’ve received from here before. The inspired ones are pretty close the the original and the other scents also smell great. I love that the company takes a lot of time and care into making sure customers are happy with what they receive as well. Their new packaging is very pretty and makes for a nice gift. Will be ordering from them again!

I placed an Oakcha order for Black Friday. I received the order this week, and I was missing an item. I took a picture of the order, and immediately emailed customer service. I received a response and a solution that same evening. I'm always weary of ordering from companies that don't have a customer service phone number. If there's an issue, I feel it's difficult to get a resolution or response at all. In this instance, I was very surprised. My issue was taken care of directly through email, and my missing item was sent out. You can definitely trust this company. Also to add, I've ordered from this company a total of 4 times and this is the first time I had an order issue.

These are the best replicated Perfumes and Colognes I’ve ever tried. The prices are great. I messed up my order (%100 a silly mistake on my part), and the customer service was so good. Someone responded to my email very promptly. They fixed my issue and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. My package came a few days later and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank you to the good folks at Oakcha.

I needed to complete an address change after my order was made, customer support was absolutely incredible. Liam was quick to respond, and was able to get my delivery address changed within minutes. Looking forward to my package coming.

It’s a hit or miss with the scents because there are no samples for the ones I want to sample, and the risk can be high. But so far, White Fig was a hit and I also love Daniel Rene’s reviews so much, I’m not giving up to try to find a scent I like. The descriptions are not always accurate at all. I hated Sun-kissed thinking it will have Magnolia as stated, but it turned out to be All Musk, which was disgusting. Will return and buy another to try. I wished they had samples for all their scents to buy. Such a missed opportunity for them to make money from just selling sample vials.

I love this company so much. Their products are awesome and the customer service is great. Sometimes they have a great sale (such as today) and I bought 28 bottles if perfume. Might have gone a little overboard but I do like to smell good.

I had an issue with a recent order. I emailed their customer service and they were extremely friendly and responded back with in minutes. Never have I experienced service like this. Oakcha not only have amazing fragrances, but great service too!
