Aweful, artificial wig.... Looks like some carneval wig

Ce site, c’est vraiment n’importe quoi. J’ai commandé deux perruques : la première reçue ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que j’avais demandé, et la deuxième n’est toujours pas arrivée. J’ai envoyé un e-mail, mais ils ne répondent jamais. Je trouve cela inadmissible.

This company is a big scam and honestly once they have your money you’re not seeing your money again. I ordered a wig. This was a week+ ago. They still haven’t shipped it and they keep saying they’re gonna urge their factory to do it quicker. I wanted the wig for a holiday, and when ordering they should have informed me that the order will take a week plus or longer. Give people the choice to decide if they want to wait. I have emailed them asking for a refund and they are refusing to refund me, when I said I don’t want the order. Of all the vendors I’ve ordered from this one is the biggest scam. I should be able to decide if I want the wig or not especially as I’ve been waiting for so long.

S’il était possible de mettre 0 étoile je le ferai. Faites attention ne commandez jamais sur ce site. Premièrement la perruque mets plus d’un mois à arriver et deuxièmement j’ai commandé une perruque marron chocolat j’ai reçu une perruque cuivré. Le service client, malhonnête, ose me dire que c’est la lumière. Pff ! À FUIR
