I waited for almost a year to order from Hairvivi because the wigs were on the more pricey side. I caved in and finally got not one but two Hairvivi wigs. I love both of them so much. I’ve never got this many compliments on my units before. They are great quality and the coloring is what you see. Can’t wait to order from them again.

Ich würde ganz ehrlich direkt als erstes den Kundenservice hervorheben. So einen zuvorkommenden, reaktiven, freundlichen und vor allem hilfsbereiten Kundendienst habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Mir wird bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen und auch ehrlich geraten, wenn ein Produkt nicht zu mir passt. Das finde ich insbesondere wichtig, da der Versand, bzw. die Zollbestimmungen einfach hoch sind.
Meine erste Perücke ist sehr schön und ich bekomme wirklich viele Komplimente. Nun bestelle ich ein zweites Mal.

OMG!!! I recently purchased the Jacinda Brown Wig – 180% Density, Glueless, 16-inch in Small Cappuccino (+5BD) from Hairvivi, and I couldn’t be happier! The hair is soft, beautiful, and exactly what I expected—especially for my first wig. The quality is amazing right out of the box, the color is gorgeous, and the glueless fit makes it super easy to wear. I’m really impressed with how natural it looks and how comfortable it feels. Hairvivi’s wigs absolutely eat. The hair is so soft, the lace gives skin, knots what knots? I didn’t think it was possible to find this high quality a wig at this price point but I was wrong. Not to mention that shipping is super fast. I’ve ordered two wigs now and already have my next one picked out. Hairvivi knows their stuff, I would recommend this to anyone and already have - I gush about them when people ask me where my wigs are from (after I tell them it’s a wig, because they’re that good people don’t even realize).

Love my Montahna unit everything comes done I just need to cut lace adjust it and use my hot comb! You really should invest in this wig! It's silky soft and smells good. Based on previous shopping experience, this is really an excellent hair. Above and beyond my expectations!!!! Definitely human hair I did a burn test, no tangles, shedding. I have been a loyal customer to Hairvivi for over 7 years now I would say. I have never been disappointed with any of the units I purchased with my own money.

My latest purchase was the most popular coloured unit called Catherine and Jacinda. I wanted to try something new as I normally go for the black units.

When I tell you, these two units were the most beautiful colouring job I’ve ever seen on the wig. It was done to perfection.

The quality of their hair was not dry or brittle due to the colouring , it was styled, the knots bleached, pre-plucked and true to length. I fell in LOVE!

So damn beautiful and money well spent!

This wig is soo sleek and cute! I got the wig + curtain bang.its perfect for me! 100% human hair, No shedding and no smell!! , the actual wig was a little too big for me being as though i have a small head but the adjustable straps made it fit better. So far so good! Cant wait to receive more!

The Alice wig is EVERYTHING. The hair was soft, full, and smells good. The cap construction is on point, the knots were bleached, and the hairline was perfect. I could literally take this wig out of the box, cut the lace, lay it with some freeze spray real quick, and be out the door. And even better, the shipment came four days earlier than expected. I will definitely be buying all my wigs from HairVivi from now on!

This hair was completely beautiful! The parting space was a complete 10! Lots of space to do any style you want unlike how some companies only give you a closure with edges! If I could rate this over 5 stars I would! And the hair was extremely beautiful it was so natural looking youd think it was my own hair !

Ive never ordered a ready made wig before and was nervous about ordering . They did not disappoint! The hair came in 3 days and After wearing it for a few days now, Im in love!!! Perfect shopping experience. Will definitely be ordering more wigs from them !

initially was really happy with the wig until couple days in i realise there were so many split ends at the bottom. i did not plan to spend $900 on 22 inches i'd have to already be trimming. Then after the first week and wash the hair was already feeling so dry (bare in mind i use organic argan oil to replenish it yet no matter how many drops i put in it still felt like the hair was a year old already) when emailed about the split ends and rough dryness of the hair i was then told about aftercare and how to moisturise as if i didn't state in my email i have had tape in extensions and wigs before so im well informed on how to take care of human hair and wigs, i haven't even used heat on it yet so why does the hair feel drier than extensions i had for over a year? it felt very condescending to be told i just need 2 drops of oil and a hair mask when not even 10 is doing anything. I also showed a picture where the hair quite literally looks like a fringe at the front because of how short the hair is and how there's just chunks of hair that look like broken hairs at the top, just to then be told that doesn't look like a fringe and it's just the folding hair, now i can understand that part of the wig making process but to reply to the picture i sent and say it doesn't look like a fringe when it's just one chunk at the front sticking out for me is quite diabolical. they then tried to reimburse me with a £14 refund! a £14 refund for a wig when the hair quality is so bad already and there's tons of split ends and trying to make this sound normal like i should just do a mask and oil it like that would fix anything, and telling me because it's human hair it's normal for hair to split. I obviously know that i'm not dunce but it shouldn't be COMING with split ends even google will tell u that's not ok. they then upped my refund to £30 claiming this is the highest they've done but i still think it's diabolical for such a high price when it's coming damaged, needing to be trimmed already and the hair softness isnt what i expected. i could've gotten a wig for under £500 with better quality but i thought the investment since its one of the best hairlines ive seen would be worth it. It's also bulky at the top maybe i should've got less density but considering i've shaved my head i don't understand why the wig still looks like a helmet on me.
