The autoDNA website is deceiving…

The autoDNA website is deceiving people. They promise a full car report for €25, but in the end, you get the name and make of a car that is already known! After contacting customer support, I was denied (supposedly, all the information was provided to me in full). They also sent me a response to my request stating that the car mileage indicated in your report is indicated for a 2019 car as 12,000 km (which is complete nonsense). They also wrote that there should be an accident report, which is also missing (although I know of at least one registered accident). They also write that it should indicate the new owner's re-registration, which is also missing from your report (since the car belonged to the second owner for five years)! Therefore, based on the above information, I told them that their report does not contain any information about the car, and I consider their actions fraudulent, because this report is not worth even one euro! Do not buy their services, it's a scam!

Avoid, misleading.

Be very cautious when you place an order. Available data could mean a single odometer reading from 15 years ago counts as "vehicle history". Basically any tiny bit of information available will count as a tick box for the "what's available" data, this is misleading and after sales will send you a terrible scripted reply without even looking into your case. They must get it a lot. Avoid at all costs.

Scam reports

Be very cautious when you place an order. Check the available data 3 times before placing an order. Most data is not available and they scam you by providing publicly available information and taking your money. They claim "we provided the number of fields we claimed we have" which turned auto to be Manufacturer, Model, Car weight, car length and number of seats. All what I could read from the car manual. Wasted 20 Euros. Never again!

The biggest scam it ever exist

The biggest scam it ever exist. All the information on the car records are from google. Atleast carvertical gives you money back if your car record is empty or it has a lack of informations. I’ve contacted them asked for money back and they say it is my fault because i havent checked before available data for vehicle. The mileage of the car was available and they gave me mileage from when the car was new “12 km” and mileage where i’ve seen the car for sale on local website in my country 132xxx. Total scam. I wouldn’t recommend this thing ever even to my enemies.
