I have use it 3 times. The last one I found misleading to have the Vechicle information and said ( 3 items found) and this includes the Model of the car the engine type e.t.c. I have been happy but no... See more

The autoDNA website is deceiving…
The autoDNA website is deceiving people. They promise a full car report for €25, but in the end, you get the name and make of a car that is already known! After contacting customer support, I was denied (supposedly, all the information was provided to me in full). They also sent me a response to my request stating that the car mileage indicated in your report is indicated for a 2019 car as 12,000 km (which is complete nonsense). They also wrote that there should be an accident report, which is also missing (although I know of at least one registered accident). They also write that it should indicate the new owner's re-registration, which is also missing from your report (since the car belonged to the second owner for five years)! Therefore, based on the above information, I told them that their report does not contain any information about the car, and I consider their actions fraudulent, because this report is not worth even one euro! Do not buy their services, it's a scam!
Good ✅
I am very satisfied with the way my complaint was handled.
The response was professional, clear, and customer-oriented.
Although my request concerned an older car, I appreciate the effort and the refund process. I will definitely recommend autoDNA to others.
Avoid, misleading.
Be very cautious when you place an order. Available data could mean a single odometer reading from 15 years ago counts as "vehicle history". Basically any tiny bit of information available will count as a tick box for the "what's available" data, this is misleading and after sales will send you a terrible scripted reply without even looking into your case. They must get it a lot. Avoid at all costs.
SCAM...
SCAM.... report shows minimal information (in my case only if car was stolen). Some informations where wrong (engine...). I did request monney back and carDNA representative refuse monney return as i did get what i was paying.
You pay for less data than a free service gives you
This is a total scam, the report by VIN number, which costs 24EUR shows LESS information than a free website from my country by a license plate.
It is scam company and services
It is scam company and services, therefore avoid it and give yourself no chance to loose your own money.
Otherwise You get only disappointment and loss your money!
They will also refuse to remove your personal information from their systems, even your contract with them is stated as cancelled!
The whole process took less than 5…
The whole process took less than 5 minutes. I entered the VIN, paid, and got the full car history instantly. It even showed odometer rollbacks and past damage. Highly recommended.
AutoDna
I bought a two car inspection because they guarantee a mileage check... but they don't deliver, a big scam that I wouldn't recommend
The absolute worst goes to you
The absolute worst goes to you. A complete scam — greetings from Lithuania

Thanks to autoDNA I found out that the car I wanted to buy had a total loss in Germany. Thanks, I saved a lot of money.

I always check autodna when buying as well as car vertical. Sometimes autodna have more info than car vertical, but sometimes they have less, this is why I always check both
Scam reports
Be very cautious when you place an order. Check the available data 3 times before placing an order. Most data is not available and they scam you by providing publicly available information and taking your money. They claim "we provided the number of fields we claimed we have" which turned auto to be Manufacturer, Model, Car weight, car length and number of seats. All what I could read from the car manual. Wasted 20 Euros. Never again!
zero star!!
I do not know how to give a zero star, and even one star is too much. Totally no any relevant information. No service history, no previous owner information, no damage information, no insurance information and no repair information. Nothing. all empty. alto the miles are wrong and even the register country is wrong.
Useless service and ZERO info
Useless service and ZERO info. It shows the average kilometers for this brand, not for the car itselves. No photos, no anual inspections - simply nothing. This information you can get from everywhere. Don't buy it, it is a scam.
i paid 9 euro for nothing. they refused to give it back
I would give it a 0 if I could
I would give it a 0 if I could. The report is not detailed - it does not give the wanted information besides being expensive.
Useless service and ZERO info
Useless service and ZERO info. It shows the dimentions of the car, average kilometers for this brand, not for the car itselves. No photos, no anual inspections - simply nothing. This information you can get from everywhere. Don't buy it, it is a scam.
The biggest scam it ever exist
The biggest scam it ever exist. All the information on the car records are from google. Atleast carvertical gives you money back if your car record is empty or it has a lack of informations. I’ve contacted them asked for money back and they say it is my fault because i havent checked before available data for vehicle. The mileage of the car was available and they gave me mileage from when the car was new “12 km” and mileage where i’ve seen the car for sale on local website in my country 132xxx. Total scam. I wouldn’t recommend this thing ever even to my enemies.
An absolute scam
An absolute scam. They don't even get the vehicle model. My analysis had 6 green ticks which resulted in checking if the vehicle was stollen and that it had no accidents which I did get earlier from NICB.org for free.
