Fantastic service from Agen store
I ordered a washing machine in store. Cyril was very helpful - finding the correct model and organising delivery for the next day. It was delivered as planned and the men installed it and made sure it worked by starting a wash. There was good communication between the sales staff and delivery people for where to install it. All in all, a very positive first experience with Boulanger. Thank you 🤩

5 stars - they were reliable for me
I was worried about the company after reading all the negative reviews. I was also worried I wouldn't receive my product after getting an email that week (after placing the order) that they were out of stock.
But I have to say the delivery was great. It was delivered on time, I could track the delivery through an online app, they texted me a delivery slot and emailed too. I could always check the status on the app. The delivery men were friendly and very helpful and carried the 45kg parcel up 6 flights of stairs. They were the only company that sold the product (an air conditioner) I wanted, also unlike DARTY they didn't charge for delivery to the room. When I was worried following their email that it was out of stock I simply texted the company on my WhatsApp and got a quick response from an actual person (not a computer) that the email was simply informing me that they were replenishing the stock. It was also very easy for me to choose my preferred delivery slot when ordering (essential as I cannot work remotely in my job).
5/5 stars! Even if I was initially worried seeing all these 1 star reviews. Maybe they've got their act together following all these bad reviews and are now a good company.
Terrible service
Terrible service. They refuse to exchange my product even though I cancelled the next day. Stay away!
Confusing ordering process but amazing delivery/installation service.
I encountered issues on their website when trying to order a Smeg cooker. The website said it was available and in stock but the order would not go through. One has to spend some time with a useless chatbot before getting through to a human being, and this person confirmed they do not have the item in stock. She suggested I choose another model. By the time I had found one, the chat window had closed and I had to go back through the chatbot to make human contact again. I found myself back with the same person who almost immediately handed me over her colleague. After more discussions interpsersed with long gaps on their I found a compromise and chose a different model of Smeg. The service person then said he'd looked through my previous conversation with his colleague and in fact they did have my original Smeg cooker choice! He then handed me back to his colleague and I finally made the order...
Despite all this hassle, they delivered the next day on time, took away my old cooker and installed the new one - at no extra charge! There was a part missing from the cooker but the same guy delivered it a couple of days later.
So a great result in the end, but clearly some issues at the front end of the ordering process.

While it is quite a popular store, I recently bought my first product from here, and all I can say, i regret I was not buying electronics from here earlier..
The selection is impressive, from the latest TVs to stylish kitchen gadgets. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I love how easy it is to shop there, and the quality of their products is top-notch. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for reliable home tech! 👍
Boulanger on line don’t risk it
I ordered a Bosch combination microwave oven but I received a microwave only. I complained through PayPal but Boulanger redirected my complaint and each of my follow up responses to Bosch but noting more and Bosch did nothing at all. The two companies avoided the issue this way until Pay Pal closed the complaint unresolvef

J'ai acheté de nombreux produits (ordinateur et casque) de la chaine de magasins Boulanger mais aucun de ces produits n'a marché plus de 6 mois sans soucis avec les produits cher avec les problèmes les plus importants

You don't have access to your account because the password reset service is down. Seriously, no wonder this system is screwed, you work your ass off working hard and nothing works.
We bought 10,000 euros worth of kitchen…
We bought 10,000 euros worth of kitchen equipment from Boulanger. Our stove was broken. It took 3 weeks to get one technical person to come. They came on a Friday, so when they put in a request for new pieces, it took another week to get another technician to come. That technician left before completing the job. Promised he would come back later in the day. He didn’t. When we called him, he promised the next day at Noon- didn’t show up, promised 15h, didn’t show up. When we called technical support the lady was extremely rude and told us too bad, gave no timing or next step and hung up on us. This is beyond incompetence and these individuals are ruining the company’s reputation.
I will make sure everyone I know will only shop at Darty and NEVER with Boulanger.
Abysmal service
Abysmal service, order passed on their website was delayed in "preparation" for a week, and after calling the their customer service multiple times they finally manage to "resolve" the situation. However, this promise was very promptly broken when without any information at all the order was canceled without providing any explanation, turns out they were selling products that they don't have, very quick to withdraw the money for the order though. No compensation or solution was given to their "mistake" of course. Just wasted time and effort. Avoid at all costs!
Very bad expérience with after sales…
Very bad expérience with after sales service . cinéma projector broken-down, one month without our equipment, no loan of other device planned. Second time.this is always the same problème with this company in france .i'll wish an answer .
Phone robbed
I bought on line a phone with screen and phone protection. The package came but the phone box was empty. Boulanger said the package arrived without problem and since then no answer to 100s of mail sent
Wrong goods delivered
Wrong goods delivered, which Boulanger said they don't even sell. A table saw was delivered instead of a home cinema amplifier. A somewhat different item!!
I now am having to prove it's not an amplifier. The object is so heavy, and they expect me to unpack it to take photos of its empty box, even though it clearly shows what's inside on the box. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

My juicer broke down. Went to Boulanger in Flers. They did everything to help. They took back the product and gave me a credit to buy a new one. That's the way I expect customer service to work. thank you
Appalling service
Appalling service, where to begin..... I ordered 3 large items for delivery the following week. I was called the day before delivery to say a washing machine was out of stock and wouldn't be delivered for a couple of weeks, I was surprised I wasn't informed at the time. I waited in all day - no delivery. When I rang I was told they rang me but I didn't answer, the number was incorrect even though they had previously rung me and it was correct on all the documentation🤷🤷🤷 I had to ring back at 6.30 for new delivery date. Why couldn't they ring me!!! I rang back and was told I had to wait nearly a week for a new delivery slot. This really isn't acceptable and I will never buy from them again
