He's answered every question I've ever had, fully understood my current fitness level when I started the program and has guided me to the best results I've ever had. Andre has a very positive and professional attitude, has an outstanding understanding of the science behind fitness and is always there for me.

Great educational and trustworthy coaching
I was a beginner to weight training and coming off an injury with goals of learning about how to safely strengthen my body and get back into sports. You can google information about weight training, but I liked working with a coach I could trust to give me the correct answers and approaches. My coach was super knowledgeable, gave helpful instructions, and accessible for all my questions. I felt like this really gave me the confidence boost and starting knowledge to know how to keep my training going even after I stop using the paid coaching service. A great investment in my future physical health.
The best virtual workout experience I've ever had!
There's a lot of great things that I can say about my experience with Caliber and my coach Tyler.
So I joined Caliber in July using the free version and was immediately impressed with the functionality of the app, user friendliness, video demos of each exercise, rest timer, plate weight calculator, lifting logs and probably something else that I am forgetting. Within about 2 weeks of the free version, I said I loved the app and wanted more from it which led me to a consultation call with Chris (I hope that is his name). He took about 30 minutes to discuss my goals, share his powerlifting experience (that's my interest) and discuss coaching package options. At first I was hesitant because I mean look it's a virtual training platform -- but the money back guarantee was reassuring and I felt confident in the coach I was matched with.
Fast forward to working with Tyler. Awesome guy. He really understands the science behind lifting, nutrition and what is needed to get to the next phase of your journey. I signed up for the monthly calls package as an in between to no calls and weekly and it was a perfect fit. Every month when we chat, it's a little catching up but then straight to business. What I like about this is the ability to develop a strategy with a coach who listens, understands and makes adjustments. My workouts are fireeeeeeeeeeeeee. I'm A LOT stronger and I feel great about it. Tyler has done an excellent job at doing regular check-ins via video or message in the Caliber app which has been helpful for me to stay on track. The customized workouts, nutrition counseling, consistent conversations, and opportunities to submit video exercises for feedback has made this an excellent experience. I could go on and on about the good things and how satisfied I am.
As for the app itself - rarely any glitches and I've been using it for 3 months on iOS software. Oh, we also use Chronometer to track nutrition and even that integrates nicely into the Caliber app. Same thing with Apple fitness. Also, there are groups that you can join and either virtually lift with someone and/or have discourse with other users of the app. Pretty cool!
Overall, I highly recommend Caliber and get a coach if you want to!
Great experience with Caliber
First, I had a personal zoom chat with my coach Blake so we could get to know each other a bit and so he could craft a nutrition and workout plan for me. I like that I can text questions or comments about my fitness plan/goals/etc. and he will respond to them promptly. Even though I have only been working with him for 2 months I am seeing improvements and feeling better overall.

I initially struggled with consistency and was unsure of how to strength train effectively. Thanks to Nadyia ‘s knowledge, constant encouragement and positive energy, I've lost several pounds and have significantly improved my form. Best experience 100 out of 100 rating!!!!!!
Great app
I'm so happy with my experience with Caliber so far. Being honest i'd never heard of them until I done a Google search for fitness apps. They came top of a few lists so after a bit of research I gave them a go. I was actually looking for a free app experience but as I done more research I decided that the paid option would be better for what I wanted. I had an initial call with a guy that explained the diffenet options. I opted for the mid package. This included being assigned a coach, an initial consultation and a personal plan. It also includes the coach being on hand via the app for questions, encouragement and accountability. This has worked really well for me. My coach Paul was really thorough during the initial stages of firming up my plan. He set me 2 weeks worth of exercises and had me video myself completing them so he could check my form and guide me in getting it right before I embarked on the full plan. We discussed how many times I was aiming to work out weekly, what my goals were and whether it would be gym / at home / a mixture of both. I'm now 8 weeks in and really enjoying it and seeing results I'm really happy with. Eveything is done via the app which I really like (including the aforementioned vids) It's really intuitive and just works.
Caliber also link Cronometer to the app (like My Fitness Pal) so you can track your macros.
The app also pushes through "lessons" each week to help you along the way. I think myself as pretty literate in nutrition and fitness but I've really enjoyed the weekly lessons and have picked up loads more little nuggets of info that I didn't know.
On the surface the package I pay for isn't cheap. I've had to make some spending adjustments to afford it but currently it's right for me. What I can say is that I've used a couple of similar apps in the past which were costed similarly and none have given this level of functionality and accessibility to a real coach. Is the paid option right for everyone? Probably not. Will I continue with the paid option forever? Probably not, but for me right now it's worth it and I'm seeing some great results.
Caliber set me on the right path
I signed up for the 1-on-1 coaching through Caliber when I was doing home workouts. I was assigned Zander and started out on my two plus year journey.
Zander designed challenging and interesting home workouts for me. Kept the motivation up and the guidance was always on point. Throughout this process we worked together to put in a bit of muscle over a few months and then went into a fat loss phase. During the loss, I shed 25+ pounds and got rid of a lot of body fat I had been carrying around. I was leaner than I had been in years.
Earlier in 2025, with some encouragement from Zander, I got back into a gym and more possibilities for progressive overload opened up. Zander designed new gym workouts which were always challenging. I was never bored and knew I had a clear path with every workout.
I would highly recommend Zander to anyone out there interested in trying out the coaching on Caliber. He listens and works with the client to reach their set goals.
The support team with Caliber has been great also. Always just an email away and addressed my concerns and questions every time.
It's definitely been a top notch experience overall!

The app is perfectly done and fun to use, Sophie is an amazing coach who manages to take into account all my individual needs and many limitations. She makes working out fun, safe and efficient - I see results while enjoying and trusting the process. Joining the coaching was one of the best decisions ever!

Partner in your Fitness Journey
After years of ignoring my body and fitness, I finally decided to pay attention and prioritize myself. I looked upon programs online but was not able to find the right fit for myself. After some research, I landed on Caliber and decided to see what does that look like. After great reviews online, I decided to give it a chance and see what Caliber really looked like. Trust me, my overall experience has only been nothing less than great.
An introductory call was set up with a sales agent who carefully understood my problems, my current thought process, my short term and long term goals and carefully assigned me a trainer whose background was also shared with me - and it was legit. I signed up for the 3 months program and my trainer Dave B has been the absolute best - he has been my partner and understood all my pain points and helped me in my journey. Caliber offers chat feature in their app where you can chat with your trainer at any time and my trainer always responds. Dave also carefully created my workout schedule based on time I can give in the gym and understanding of what I can do. Caliber further provides cool features within the app where you can send your form videos and your trainer can assess if you ask them. Furthermore, it has features like auto timer once you log in your exercise and set so that it keeps you focused on the right time intervals, has timers for exercises associated with abs and you can also tweak # of sets and replace exercises if you want to. It has helped me a lot by ensuring I stick to the right routine. Lastly, after every workout, you see your statistics and can also drop in notes for your trainer to look at in terms of how the workout went. For me, this was like a complete package of what I was looking for! I am 2 months in my journey and I already feel great about my body - a lot of the credit goes to Caliber and my coach, Dave B who has been an absolute rockstar.
Definitely recommend it to folks who are in a similar boat and want some virtual personal training experience along with a partner in your journey.
Get Fit!
I’ve had the app for about a year and I finally decided to try a personal trainer to fully lock in. My coach, Natasha, is amazing! She doesn’t reprimand me for missing a goal, she’s very patient and encouraging, she gives feedback on my form or diet, she’s very knowledgeable, she gives me alternatives to what I can/can’t do, and she reminds me of my goals. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there’s no stretching exercises and some of exercises aren’t included in the app. If Caliber can add this feature, I’d proudly change it to 5 stars!

I contacted Caliber to help me figure out my nutrition and metabolism. Though its early in my journey, i am learning to eat more food with emphasis on my macronutrients and hopeful to get a leaner body while maintaining my muscle mass. The best part about being part of Caliber was working with my personal trainer Jordan Crayon. Jordan is amazing! He listened to what I needed and crafted a strength/conditioning training routine for me that I could follow on my own at my apartment gym. He was always responsive to answer my questions, regularly checked in, was flexible with scheduling, and most importantly helped me understand how I could make this a sustainable part of my life moving forward. Being a vegetarian, I really appreciated all the specific help he had for my nutrition, as well. When I started training intensively in dance, I was already physically prepared for a lot of it because of the work I did with Jordan. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make physical fitness a regular part of their life.
The Caliber app and sync with Cronometer was also very smooth and easy to use, which made all of this very easy to track and see progress on. So happy I did this! Looking forward to keeping Caliber and Jordan updated on my journey :)

Using Caliber has significantly transformed the way I approach exercise. For years, I struggled to find a program that truly fit my needs: I had some equipment at home, but it was limited compared to a conventional gym. Most programs I came across were designed either for bodyweight-only training or for extensive gym machines, which made it difficult to follow them consistently.
One of the main reasons I feel very comfortable with Caliber is the personalized approach. The program adapts to my needs, my available equipment, and my schedule. For me, it is even more effective than attending in-person sessions with a trainer, as it offers a balanced solution: I receive support and feedback whenever I need it, while still having the flexibility to train whenever and wherever I want, without relying on constant supervision.
It is worth mentioning that responses from the coach are not always immediate. This does not bother me personally, as I understand it completely, but I highlight it in case others consider quick replies essential. My assigned coach (Quinn) has been professional, kind, and respectful. He has helped me improve my technique, answer questions, and adjust my workouts whenever necessary.
As for areas of improvement, the app sometimes has minor issues (for example, incorrectly registering the weight I used for an exercise, or not allowing me to remove a routine from the calendar). These bugs are usually fixed within a few days, but they can still be inconvenient. Additionally, some of the exercise demonstration videos are not entirely clear—either due to the filming angle, the explanation, or the execution itself. While Quinn has provided me with complementary resources that resolve these doubts, it would be more convenient if the app itself offered clearer guidance.
Overall, Caliber has helped me stay consistent and make progress in my training in a flexible and personalized way. Despite some technical details that could be improved, I find the platform and the coaching support very valuable and worthwhile.

I was admittedly skeptical about an online personal trainer but Caliber and Danielle have proven me entirely wrong. She has been the best strength training coach I could imagine.
The weekly virtual meetings and daily texts are not only motivating, but Danielle listens carefully to my feedback, adjusts my program, and offers additional online guidance to help me improve exercises and expand my routine. Sharing videos of my form for her to evaluate is easy within the app, which has been very helpful and allowed me to progress faster than I imagined. She is always there via text, which eliminates any feelings of isolation and really keeps me motivated.
Frankly, I think Caliber is far better than an in-person trainer would be for me. Danielle is a keeper.
Level up your fitness with Caliber
I stumbled upon Caliber while sitting at the gym thinking about how I wondered if what I was doing was effective anymore. Caliber is for people with or without a background in fitness. Despite being a life-long athlete, I decided to reach out to the team at Caliber because I'm now in medical school and wanted someone to hold me accountable for going to the gym and maintaining my health during such a busy time in life.
The guys at Caliber have been great and EXACTLY what I was looking for. The initial phone call was friendly and gathered all of the information pertinent to finding me the right coach. I was paired with Laurence Irving, and I'm beyond satisfied.
If you want to be held accountable and motivated to work, given a clear workout plan, be in frequent contact with your coach, and have a great experience in advancing your health and fitness, then Caliber is the way to go. I even was able to pay the full amount with my HSA card which is great.
