I initially left a negative review due to my experience with one of the trainers. A company founder followed up within a day. We had a frank conversation about what happened and he made it right. I was impressed!
Great coaching and easy to use app
I fell off the wagon working out when I got a promotion at work. I knew how to train but couldn’t find the time or motivation. Getting matched with Emily K was the best thing that could have happened! She took all my time constraints into account and created a really smart program for me to build back better. She’s super responsive to when I’m traveling and need adjustments. She is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. Knowing there is a real person checking my progress also really helps. It doesn’t hurt that the app is super easy to use and has great videos embedded for form. When I need to change an exercise because the equipment is in use or broken, it is super easy. I haven’t fully taken advantage of the nutrition aspect yet but I have linked my calorie app so I can track it all in one place. Would highly recommend!
Caliber and Lara help me feel strong!
Lara is a phenomenal trainer, and has been instrumental in helping me regain strength and muscle. She always finds creative ways to help me get a workout in, and is very communicative and responsive. I have always been active, but having a trainer who understands the changes that come with age has been invaluable. I don't find the app as iPad friendly as it is on mobile, but that hasn't detracted from my experience. I am enjoying my time with Cailber!
Stronger, fitter, and actually understanding what works
I’ve been using Caliber for about 4 months now and I’m really seeing the results I was hoping for - feeling stronger, more energised, and more confident. A huge part of that is thanks to my coach Sophie. She’s been incredible at helping me stay on track, adjusting things around holidays or work trips, and always checking in with useful feedback and clear guidance.
One of the things I love most is that it’s not just about workouts - it’s holistic. Sophie guides me with training, nutrition, running, mindset… plus there are short lessons each week on the app that have helped me unlearn a lot of myths I used to believe about fitness. It’s made a big difference.
I also really like being able to track progress with different metrics - it keeps me motivated. The only thing I’d improve is the user experience on the app - the flow could be a bit smoother. But overall, it’s been such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
Great easy to use app
I was hesitant to pay for premium, but I’m liking it so far. The app is easy to use and makes it easy to follow and track the workouts. My trainer (Matt) is very supportive and helpful. They even paused my membership when my coach went on vacation so I didn’t pay for time without a coach. Would recommend

This program is very individualized to your needs and what is going to give your body the results you’re looking for. My coach Taryn has been amazing helping me understand and implement the changes my body needed to be properly fueled. I lived in the calorie deficit, high protein, minimal carb world while also paying no attention to the amount of fat and fiber I actually needed as well! In working with my coach, sometimes in baby steps because that’s what I needed, I have been able to really perfect my diet which has allowed me to perform better in the gym and in day to day life. The workouts and app are amazing! I feel like I have a personal trainer right by my side during every workout, and the app really keeps you accountable to tracking everything, but in the easiest way possible. My coach checks in with me numerous times a week and is VERY responsive when I have a question or need guidance. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn a sustainable, healthy fitness/diet program that is easy to follow and gives you results!
Great mix of science, technology and personal interaction
Great mix of science, technology and human trainer involvement! As an over 40 yo busy mom and wife, I've lost weight in the past but I was having trouble sustaining it based on my current exercise regimen and food program. I knew there was more to finding my right calorie count and macros, but I wasn't sure where to begin. I also wanted the help of a trainer to find the best exercises to meet my goals without the extra expense or having to be tied to a gym. Ultimately, I wanted to find a way to exercise from my home whenever was most convenient for me and understand how to use food to burn fat. Caliber was the best of both worlds! The app is intuitive and easy to use. The example videos are helpful and I can always communicate with my coach, Nadyia, to confirm correct form or ask any questions about exercise or nutrition. Coach Nadyia, is a great mix of encouragement and challenger with a little humor mixed in! She is patient and willing to explain the process of science and the mechanics of what I'd experience through each step of the program. I feel that she cares about me as a unique individual and genuinely wants to help me reach my goals. She is also great about reminding me to not rely solely on the scale but also consider indicators like progress photos, waist measurements and fat percentage. She uses all the data to make adjustments and incorporates new solutions as my goals change or I progress. I really enjoy the weekly lessons that answer questions in a more in-depth way and help me to feel knowledgeable about my body and how it responds. I've lost weight in the past but felt thin and not strong. I now see myself getting lean, stronger and I feel the nutrition is sustainable because it focuses on progress not perfection. I highly recommend Caliber for anyone looking to make long-term lifestyle changes

Excellent Program and Coach
I can’t speak highly enough about Caliber. It has delivered measurable, sustainable results and made a dramatic impact on my life. In 14 weeks, I’ve lost 14 pounds, trimmed inches off my waist, and made major gains in strength and endurance. My overall health metrics, including blood pressure, blood glucose, energy, and mental clarity, have all significantly improved.
My coach, Sebastien, has been outstanding. His expertise and personalized approach to weight training, cardio, and nutrition have been essential. He listens, adapts, and fine-tunes my plan based on real progress and evolving challenges. Thanks to his guidance, I went from a sedentary lifestyle to running a 5K in 32 minutes. At 63, that is no small feat.
I hadn’t planned to continue beyond the initial 12-week commitment, but the results spoke for themselves. Sebastien’s coaching made the decision to continue an easy and worthwhile investment in my long-term health.
Perhaps most satisfying of all, I recently achieved two personal goals: passing both the Navy’s and Marine Corps’ Physical Fitness Tests, including completing the USMC’s 3-mile run in under 30 minutes. That is something I wasn’t sure I would ever accomplish when I started.
My only regret is not starting this years ago. Caliber and Sebastien have exceeded every expectation.

I’ve had a very good experience with Caliber. I am an experienced fitness enthusiast. Former Marine. 60 years old. I joined Caliber after leaving a different AI platform after one year. I’ve been with Caliber 2.5 months. Eros is my coach.
Pros. The app is easy to use but not as robust and comprehensive as other apps. A fitness coach who is human and not just an AI bot. You can upload videos of your routine and get actual coaching on form. You get a new plan every few weeks. Some coaching on diet and macros. Feedback on your notes after routines.
Cons: Expensive. When you add the human element you have to pay them. It’s a fact. My last one year cost of pure AI was $89 for a year. This app is $500 for the year but with three months of a human coach. At $500 it is much less than a physical coach who is in the gym with you but that is the trade off.
Value: I believe for what it is, the value is there. My coach, Eros, did a great job pointing out my form issues. He slowed me down on reps. He made my progressive loads more sustainable for additional sets. All in all I think he’s done a great job. I am an advanced lifter. I think the app and offering is more geared towards entry to mid-level lifters who need solid coaching and consistent advice.

Phenomenal program for busy professionals and parents
Before enrolling with Caliber, my personal and work environment had lead to significant stress and loss of sufficient time to exercise like I used to. Many days would go by with me sitting at a desk, or in a car, or on the phone at home. Stress eating was taking hold. And my blood tests were coming back pre-diabetic with significant weight gain and loss of fitness. I came to Caliber with my problems. An initial consultation lead me to my assigned trainer and nutritionist - Taylor. She had a further extensive consultation with me about fitness history, goals, my biometrics, and most importantly my limits on time. She constructed a workout plan that was highly detailed, and a nutrition plan that has been both flexible and realistic. The results in just 3 months of: (a) working out frankly half of the amount of time I used to when I was younger and at my fittest, and (b) hardly ever feeling truly hungry and never feeling like I was craving missing nutrition - are more than I thought was possible or could have hoped for. Throughout the process she monitored my progress through the app and with links to my nutrition log app, and listened constantly to my feedback with many little adjustments throughout. Just an all-around great job from a talented professional in a well thought out program.

Working with Sebastien has been a game-changer for me. His weekly check-ins are consistent, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. He always gives me a full picture of my progress with both food and workouts. He celebrates the wins, helps me navigate the setbacks, and always keeps me focused on growth without guilt.
What truly sets Sebastien apart is not just his knowledge, but his story. Hearing about his own journey with food and being overweight made everything he shares even more real and relatable. It was incredibly motivating to see how he transformed his life and it inspired me to believe I could do the same.
He simplifies nutrition in a way that finally clicked for me. Understanding how to balance carbs, proteins, and fats and most importantly, setting a “planned” schedule when to eat has been a breakthrough. The accountability he offers is second to none, and I’ve never felt more supported in a health journey.
I’ve tried other programs, but this is by far the most successful and meaningful coaching experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely feel like I have someone in my corner who cares, understands, and wants to see me win.
Premium is 100% worth it
Paid for the premium version with 1 on 1 coaching and it has helped me tremendously. My coach Blake took me from a plateau i didn't think I could progress past and now I look better and can lift more. The paid version might seem a little expensive but it's definitely worth it.

Work Hard and Trust the Program
When I started lifting, Caliber was a great resource to navigate the overwhelming options for routines, especially for a novice. Between the accessible interface and concise guidance (love the form videos), it was perfect for just getting back in the gym. Once I built a good foundation in the first couple months, I also used the coaching program. My coach, Eros, has been communicative, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and kind. I can’t overstate how much it helps to stay on track to have an expert in your corner monitoring your progress, keeping your form safe, and gently encouraging you to keep up the intensity. It was perfect for me because I like to workout alone with my thoughts and music but still want the confidence that I’m lifting with purpose and safety that comes with a trainer. It’s also been immensely helpful, as a nutrition novice, to sync my nutrition tracking app with Caliber and allow Eros to also set and monitor my diet goals. I appreciate that their goal is to create sustainable habits instead of just a hyper focus on weight loss. Changing one’s unhealthy habits is difficult and takes hard work and patience. While my results are mostly the product of my own determination, Caliber gave me the resources so I could just focus on showing up consistently and the benefit of knowing I could trust the program so my hard work would pay off. I highly recommend Caliber and Coach Eros.
Caliber is perfect for my needs
Caliber is perfect for my needs. It’s different to any other trainer I’ve had before. Caliber picks the trainer for you using a holistic approach. I’m a seasoned gym-goer so I wasn’t looking for a completely new approach - just more of a shake up! Adriana is great - just the right amount of communication and she takes into account my wellbeing as well as physical strength and fitness. What I really like about Caliber is the options you have. Right now, it’s not feasible for me to be meeting a trainer in the gym as I’ve a lot on my plate - a weekly review and the ability to check in with Adriana is perfect for me. I’ve noticed I’ve got some glutes now too which is pretty awesome!

I realized that Steven and the organization, cared about me more than I cared about myself! They are driven to change the direction of health in myself and also others across the country... I'll be honest, and say the price is steep. But, I believe honestly, that's its worth it! I look forward to one day working with caliber and producing the best me possible.

I have loved working with my personal trainer through Caliber.The Caliber program/app was exactly what I was looking for in an online training program. I signed up for the $700 three-month program with a personal trainer. Kaitlyn, my PT, has been there for me every step of the way, she is amazing and quite knowledgeable. I know there are several different levels of paid programs, but the three month was perfect for me. I will continue using the Caliber app as there are so many exercises with video instruction that are very east to follow. Definitely user friendly. Thank you for a great app & program!

Had a great experience with Caliber. I have been working out since I was a teen, but felt like I had hit a wall. My coach Sawleh, offered several terrific workouts and really helped me with some injury issues as well. The workout library is a fantastic reference for new exercises and I love the overview and video section.
